Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles Audience Reviews

Editorial Review
Micitype Pretty Good
ShangLuda Admirable film.
Glimmerubro It is not deep, but it is fun to watch. It does have a bit more of an edge to it than other similar films.
Dirtylogy It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
Destroyer Wod It took me a long time to finally watch this show. I couldn't find the french version until lately. And honestly i am so glad i watched it. Yes of course the show had its down at times and some episodes where forgivable but as a whole, i feel it was a great continuity to the movies. I know some peoples would say the second movie closed the franchise great and it should had been left like this. I agree to some extent but this continuity even tough its only 2 seasons long (and 1 being a very short 9 episodes) really works. There is some elements i liked about T3 and i am not saying it was a bad movie at all, i actually liked it as a whole and i tough it was a very decent sequel but if you give me a choice i think i would take the Chronicles before it. Its a very very good alternative and i don't wanna spoil anything but i dunno if they knew it was cancelled or they always planned for only 2 seasons, but the show manage to find a way to conclude itself. A bit abrupt in a way, but not totally unbelievable. Actually lots of it do make a lot of sense. As for instance why where the humans able to format machines.I definitely recommend it.
tapio_hietamaki 'Terminator' creator and mastermind James Cameron has allowed his franchise to be repeatedly expanded on with apparently no supervision on his part. There's 'Terminator 3', the pointless 'Terminator Salvation', the failed reboot 'Terminator Genisys' and the TV show 'Sarah Connor Chronicles'.You might think that the expensive blockbuster franchise known for its brutal action would be ill suited for network television. Think again. 'Terminator' is a big story and the time travel plot allows for endless revisions and interpretations. The TV show is actually one of the more worthy followers to the two original movies. While John Connor, future savior of humanity, is an annoying emo teenager, the other characters are strong additions to the franchise. Summer Glau is something of a cult classic of actresses and this might be her best role: a soulless killing machine reprogrammed to help our heroes. Garret Dillahunt as Cromartie, the terminator, is no Schwarzenegger, but has a chilling lack of expression suitable for a robot, and portrays the faceless, anonymous sense of inevitable danger very well. Brian Austin Green as Kyle Reese's brother Derek gives us an action hero to root for, a balance between handling weapons and drawing battle strategies and acting as a father figure for John.Lena Headey is such a good fit for Sarah Connor herself that she actually rivals Linda Hamilton's original performance.
cadavier81 I watch this series maybe once in a year and every time i must stay up late because i cant stop, I very much like Josh's writing, it is professional and same time creative, and the way how it continue from movies T1 & 2 time-line, this i really appreciate. And the actors..oh gosh, its perfect Kyle look alike from T1 , BAG's role as cold soldier its very plausible acting , even Shirley Manson does good job!And don't even have to mention Thomas, Summer and Lena..! great cast no doubt. I don't know if i am upset that it didn't continue to Season 3 , of course i got the feeling at the end of S2 that Friedman knew that it will end, dunno for sure but, got a feeling also that i want see something more but still it ended very epic.Kinda hard to say. But this series is one of the best and beats so many Sci-fi movies like 10-0.. Even if you don't like Sci- fi or not so fan of a terminator i am pretty sure you will watch this to the end and have chills still, and if you are terminator fan..yeah you think maybe same things with me. Afterall i am very impressed that when a smart , creative and genius mind put his passion on work, it will produce very awesome material, and i am happy that this piece of art was made.Okay To put review in a nutshell:Good-Friedman and his team made this series instant classic. -the cast was hit to the bull eye ,very good! -Action was close as good as in movies T1 and T2.Bad-Ended too soon?!?
RavenFoxButterfly This is by far the best TV show I have ever seen. I am a big fan of Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad and House of Cards, but T:TSCC has them all beat.I promise you, the story line comes together in the end. You need to give it a chance. I was bored and on the fence by the third episode myself, but boy am I glad I stuck around for episode four because there was no going back at that point. Within one episode I was hooked! The reason this show only made it to season 2 is because people like those who gave up on it on episode 3 really hurt the shows following. Word of mouth spreads fast, and unfortunately those that left so early were not able to see the potential after episode three.Every single person cast for this show was perfectly picked. Garret Dillahunt and Brian Austin Green truly make this show what it is. Who would have thought that dorky kid that played David on 90210 would turn out to be such an amazing actor?? I was floored! He's fantastic. Please give this show a chance. I have never met a single person that stuck around for episode 4 that does not think this show is amazing. I've also never advocated for a show of any kind the way I am with this one. It is truly special. If not, all I can say is, it's your loss. And a big one at that.
