Simply A Masterpiece

It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.

It's entirely possible that sending the audience out feeling lousy was intentional

It's easily one of the freshest, sharpest and most enjoyable films of this year.

My family discovered Studio C when I was having a bad mental health day and a friend sent me a link to a sketch, and our love for it spiraled from there. In all honesty, not every sketch is laugh-out-loud funny, but there is humor in everything. I definitely recommend Studio C for the clean laughs and some of the more thought-provoking sketches. It's certainly not for everyone, but if you find a segment for you then it's worth your while.

Studio C was great up till Season 8. My wife and I are huge fans, but were very disappointed in the humor of Season 8. It was more gory, and there was joking of things that shouldn't be joked about, especially in family entertainment (death, knives, cheating, reincarnation). Some parts were just plain weird and creepy. There were just parts we wouldn't feel comfortable having kids watch. So, if you're considering watching Studio C, watch Season 7 and earlier. You'll be well entertained, and its great for family. They are awesome, just Season 8 is an off season.

This show is funny and clean for all ages. Not every skit is a favorite but overall we love the show and look forward to each episode that comes out so we can watch it as a family. I used to watch SNL as a kid and in high school but have moved away from it because it gets too raunchy for me. This show takes a similar "skit" method but you won't cringe every once and a while like you might on SNL. This show stands alone because it is pretty funny and really clean.

Probably the one of the best out there, Studio C was created by College students FOR college students at BYU University in Utah. It ended up on air, and boy am I glad it did. With sketches like "Shoulder Angel," "Awkward Avoidance Viking," and "Juuust Jeerreeemyyyy~," and characters like Mr. Ekilstone, that Bisque guy, and Captain Literally, this show is perfect. Now you're probably saying to yourself "Where's the cursing and Sex gffhgdfgh!?!?!?ONE/ONE1/1/1/!?!?!?" Well, this was for LDS and Christian audiences. So, no cursing, no sex, completely clean! Good for me, as although FNL is freaking hilarious, this is just as, if not FUNNIER than FNL AND a heck of a lot cleaner.
