Clever, believable, and super fun to watch. It totally has replay value.

A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.

A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.

I loved this awesome action-serie and got hooked instantly when I first watched season 1 episode 1.. I marathon-watched season 1-5 and loved it! Those caracters was outstanding and world class. I was very excited to warch season 6, but after just a couple of episodes I couldn't stand it anymore, it was too cheap n bad acting performances. I miss my two heroes from former episodes. They really could have quit the making after season 5, cause it was really a good ending there.
Unfortunately I doubt the film company will milk any money from this really bad season 6, which I believe they thought.
I'm sorry to say it, but I'll quit watching the rest of season 6 n move on now. Thanks for season 1-5!

After watching Strike Back seasons 1 -5, I became invested in the characters of Scott and Stonebridge. All due to the development of their personalities and backstories. At the conclusion of season 5, it just felt like the end of the series had been made and all loose ends had been tied. If the powers that be would have just left well enough alone and called it quits after Season 5, they could have renamed and repackaged Strike Back in a way that the fan base would have been able to reset their allegiance and emotional investment to the presentation of a new series with a different name but with a similar story line and premise. When will the studio shot callers realize that the viewers are more loyal to the actors and the characters that they portray than the show itself. The only thing about Strike Back that became a little annoying was that the enemy awareness, aggression and shot accuracy level was set at minus ten. Even though the enemy was equipped with the same weapons as the Strike Back operatives and had superior numbers, they were killed in disproportionate numbers because their guns were pointed at the ground while being fired upon or couldn't hit the side of a barn when they did fire their weapons.

You know you guys had a hit. The former cast made this series a hit. Some things are irreplaceable as are some characters. Whoever selected the male members of the new cast should be fired immediately. I have always been a fan till now. I have tried to watch the new version. But now it seems so fake. Without our heroes from the past, it is just another empty shoot-em up show that serves not to entertain but serves to be switched to another channel. What a screw-up of a really great show. How about a re-write with the old team in another hot spot in the world? Until then....I am out!

I just adjusted my review of the series from a 9 to a 2. It used to be a great show, and I was very excited to see that it was returning for a sixth season. I have never been more disappointed in a reboot than .... oh, wait. That Ghostbusters debacle. Because that is what just happened. It used to be a great show for everyone, and now it's a ridiculous chick flick. I just finished Episode 8, and it hasn't gotten any better. The girls are constantly saving the day, and the two actual "operators" are basically used for distractions and needing saving. In the opening episode, the "tough" chick walks in on one of the guys finishing a shower, and makes a few jokes implying he wasn't well endowed. Imagine if that was reversed, and a male character was leering at some woman in an open shower bay, and then repeatedly pointing out how flat-chested she was. Yeah, the harpies would lose their minds. This show went from great to pathetically awful in one season. #sad
