Best movie of this year hands down!
Sameer Callahan
It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.

An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.

Very good movie overall, highly recommended. Most of the negative reviews don't have any merit and are all pollitically based. Give this movie a chance at least, and it might give you a different perspective.

I really like to see this show having another second chance, I never knew about it because i never saw any of the commercials on TV or any local device or ad's. I loved how the characters act and i am gigantic Dinosaur fan and primeval: new world had made it to the top 10 of my favorite TV shows, right under the TV show of the first one. So please, give this a second chance. I rated it, i love it. And i really want to see the second season. The show is also excellent to me, Im like the only member in my family who loves watching this TV show. It's amusing, awesome and cool. Each dinosaur that i never seen, i end up looking it up on the Internet to read about them. I would say all the characters are my favorites, because it's kinda hard to choose from them all. But it's kinda sad not able to see the second season, it shouldn't matter how people rates the show really, But to me i still give this a 10. So please put this back up when you find the time.

This show does not hold a candle to the original British series. It is kind of lame, unimaginative, and the plots are not very interesting. The people involved in this show are not that well developed so far. Some of the new characters appear to be physical replacements for the original cast from Britain. There is no super smart professor type nor a hotty like Hannah Speritt. While I will continue to watch this show (unless it goes downhill) I am not that impressed to this point. The special effects and the CGI are okay but not that impressive in today's computer generated monsters. So far the ancient creatures that show up are not nearly as impressive as the original British show.

I really wanted to like this programme, I loved the original and I miss it. I thought that it might actually bear some form of resemblance to the English one because Connor turns up in the opening episode, but from there it's just a bunch of fairly dull characters running around chasing large lizards. I don't see the point in this, after watching the amazing discoveries of all these anomalies in the English series having to watch a new load of characters get to grips with them seems a little pointless. The attempt at an underlying storyline is also a little dodgy, I won't post spoilers, but overall I wouldn't recommend watching it anyway.

Yikes. Not much else to say about this. Having seen the main character in Eureka I decided to give it a shot as he did a pretty good job in his previous works. The premise of the show is that these random anomalies keep showing up around the city that can traverse time. Specifically to the Jurassic era. The anomalies can take you to that point in time or in worse cases, bringing dinosaurs to our time. It sounds like a decent basis for a show no doubt. The real issue here is that past this, there is no real substance to the show. The writing is lifeless, the creativity we've seen in shows like Star Trek, Stargate and Eureka are non-existent. It's like each episode the entire dialogue is meant to build up an epic action scene... which in itself is shallow, not mentioning that the action scenes are bland and not at all epic.I tend to be open-minded with shows, and can enjoy shows rated in the 7s as much as the ones in the 9s. This is seriously unwatchable though. Really, screw this. I'm going to watch some Stargate.
