Pablo Escobar: The Drug Lord Audience Reviews

Moustroll Good movie but grossly overrated
Kien Navarro Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
Kaydan Christian A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
Rosie Searle It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
adonis98-743-186503 The exploits of the notorious drug lord, Pablo Escobar. Pablo Escobar: El Patrón del Mal is a terrible show i tried to watch at least 2 episodes and the show it's awful the characters are boring and funny in a bad way, the cgi is awful looking especially when an explosion happens or something like that and Pablo Escobar himself is awful looking and acting. This is a drop dead TV show that tries to scare you and fear the character of Pablo but it's so bad directed and shot that it fails in many levels if you want to see a much better Escobar film go see Escobar: Paradise Lost starring Benicio Del Toro gives an amazing performance in that movie and he is also scary looking and you can buy his performance something that this show fails to deliver 1/10.
maximilianohansen Superb. I haven't enjoyed a TV show this much since Breaking Bad. If you speak Spanish, you will enjoy Colombian from different provinces which is a delight. Escobar role is phenomenal. The sicarios are so believable and scary but hilarious at the same time! Angie Cepeda is a bonus. She is so hot is not even funny (or it may be I can't get the image of her naked in "Pantaleon y sus visitadoras". If I have to criticize something: 50 episodes would have been more than enough. Another great thing about this series is that you get to see a lot of Colombia. Especially Medellin and Bogota and the beautiful Colombians which are a pleasure to listen to. Spanish is my native tongue (I am Argentinean) and I believe Colombians have the most beautiful and richest Spanish. . Amazing! I highly recommend it.
Lisa M Howard I loved Narcos but I am over the moon for Escobar, El patron del Mal & I simply adore Andrés Parra! 😍(I also love all of Pablo's sidekicks, namely, Marino, Pedro Motoa, Mariachi, Chile, Fabio, Pablo's mother, Cousin Gonzalo, Paluche & Pablo's wife, Paty!) But, Andrés is my new favorite actor! I've searched Tivo, Netflix, Amazon & Hulu to find any show or movie that he might be in, no matter how small a role! I'm now on my second viewing of Escobar, El patron del Mal! I have absolutely no problem with the subtitles & my high school Spanish has improved tenfold! The best acting I've ever seen in my life was when Pablo discovered that his family was in the Monaco building when it was bombed! Andrés' acting was as good as anything I've seen in the Godfather or any other all time great movie, bar none!
drurry This would have been a ten if done in English which was it's only draw back other than it went into such depth that you wanted it to get back to the main character. However having said that you later learn that it is this seemingly apparent flaw that later makes all other films pale in comparison to Pablo Escobar del mar and clearly leaves them all lacking to the extent it is like reading the book compared to watching a one and half hour movie on the same.I could go on but believe me it will ruin you, or enlighten you--- when you watch anything else on Pablo Escobar.Drurry
