I don't have all the words right now but this film is a work of art.

It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.

Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

Browsing the other users' comments, it's nice to see I'm not the only adult who enjoys Oswald.Personally, I find the arrangement of themes, melodies, voices, colours and shapes intensely soothing. I'm convinced there's something scientific, almost mathematical, in the way the elements come together to balance out my alpha waves, or chi, or biorhythms, or... uh, some such thing. Well, it's clear that I'm not quite ready to write a thesis on the subject, so here it is in a nutshell: Oswald is an iron fist to black moods, in a friendly blue octopus-shaped glove. Watch an episode by yourself, or with your preschoolers (borrow some, if you must): I defy you not to have a smile on your face when it's over.

I don't know why this hasn't been brought out before and that is, why would such an infamous name such as Oswald was used for an educational cartoon for children? The name is not common and most people who hear that think of Lee Harvey Oswald! I know HBO had the prison series OZ, but there was a prison commissioner in New York during the Attica riots whose name was Oswald. But this is a children's show and whether you want to believe it or not, kids will find out one day that the name is that of one of the most hated Americans in the history of our nation! Certain name fall in the category of those which should never be used. I won't comment on what they are. However, I'm a Clinical Social Worker who works exclusively with young children. In my opinion this was a bad decision as far as the name goes.

While at first glance one might say "the writers of this show must be on some serious drugs!", upon watching it you will see that it is a charming, imaginative, and very creative show. My 3 1/2 year old daughter just loves it. She could watch it for hours. I must admit, there is something mesmerizing about it. Oswald is a hit! (I'm just not sure quite why)

I enjoy watching this show with my 2 and 3 year olds. It's a non violent show and it does leave you with a 'warm fuzzy' feeling. My favorite character on the show is Henry (aka Squiggy from Lavern and Shirley). Don't get me wrong I like Oswald too but Henry is funny.
