FirstWitch
A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.
Nayan Gough
A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
Kamila Bell
This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
Scarlet
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

The more one watches this series the more enticing it becomes. The acting is superb. But the scripts were obviously written by anti-American, anti-Christian, persons. According to the message presented via each episode, all serious Christians are twisted hypocrites and America is the source of worldwide corruption. We find a loose woman having a child out of wedlock and because the child might threaten her future plans she has an abortion. When asked if she was sorry she said "no." She was glad she had an abortion. Then she marries a man because she doesn't want to hurt her true lover. Only to break his heart and commit adultery (or give that appearance) so the divorce can be finalized. She refers to her true lover's god as "your damn god." But her lover is more than willing to turn his back on his religious beliefs because he sees that "love" is more important. To cut to the chase, the story line of this series is like wading through a sewer. By season 6 almost anything goes. This series will continue to rate high with most people worldwide. But it also will serve as a test of American patriotism and worldwide faithfulness to the Biblical God. I wonder, how many who claim to be God loving Christians will even see the issue? These are sad and selfish days in which we are living.

You know, this is a nice show; Murchdock never musses his hair. But I can't help myself - I just love George. Apparently I have to have five lines of text line of text line of text line of text line of text line of text line of text line of text line of text line of text line of text

Wonderful show that held moral values close to heart until Season 2, Episode-6. Just like the DNC, this show portrays those who preserve human life, evil. To narrow it down, have unprotected sex and abort the child. When the show focused on abortion, my wife and I lost interest. In order to fulfill the IMDb rules and regulations i will keep filling you with edification. Edward Bernese was an amazing master of propaganda. The bottom line is that if you truly celebrate the birth and death of Christ, this show will go against your beliefs in the long run. Therefore, if I am required to fill you information bucket with garbage due to the regulations of this web site, don't waste your time with this show.

It is very rare that one can say that a television series is very nearly perfect. The Murdoch Mysteries is one such example. With excellent acting, interesting story lines, strong but not overly preachy social commentary and just enough nonsense and humour to make you laugh, the cast, crew and team that put this together have exceeded all my expectations.Running into its ninth season, I cannot think of an episode I did not like. Some I thought defied belief and sense but the humour, acting and general good nature of this series gets you through those spots. It's Steampunk combined with Sherlock Holmes and the Closer which means it is a lot of fun.
