Good start, but then it gets ruined

I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

A series filled with great actors, love, hate, success, disappointment. I cried when Season 4 ended. Please bring these characters and music back. Mozart is enchanting and the storyline is bgy gfreakishly entertaining.

I have enjoyed each season of Mozart in the Jungle; but Season 4 touched me in an unexpectedly deep way. I think it's because this season captures what it's like to completely surrender to the Spirit of Creativity ("the blood"). To create real art, the kind of art that makes your heart feel as if it's standing at attention, one must not care at all about what others think. One must be willing to sacrifice one's ego--allowing others to laugh at you, to label you as a failure, or as crazy or stupid, or even to socially ostracize you--knowing that, in the end, it's totally worth it because something beautiful and new has come into being though you. To create something totally unique is the closest we come, I believe, to knowing the Source of our Being ("God"). Season 4 of Mozart in the Jungle has helped me to remember this. From the bottom of my heart, I thank the producers, writers, and actors of this program for the beautifully unique work of art you have created. You have given me the courage to keep forging ahead in surrendering myself to the Spirit of Creativity.

Perhaps one of the most original series on TV, the shows is a mixture of excellent scenes, excellent music, very good insight into the world of classical music and its institutions and players; and like most Amazon series, great acting. Truly enjoy this show. The show has memorable orchestral scenes and the interplay between the characters who represent the old guard vs the new generation is also quite interesting.

A fluent, unapologetic and genuine show that doesn't try too hard. Ah, the drama, the humour and the romance. I might have developed a man-crush on Gael Garcia Bernal. The show is so light and genuine, that it almost reminds me of the fluency Louis CK had attained in Louie. It keeps the surprises coming without a synth forcing you into it. The characters believably seem like family as you delve into the show. The characters are like a Delta-4 start up idea in business. They don't need to be sold much. Its the ecstasy I felt when I watched my first sitcom, 'How I met your mother' when I was 15. Goodstuff, Amazon. Goodstuff.
