Mortal Kombat: Conquest Audience Reviews

AniInterview Sorry, this movie sucks
BallWubba Wow! What a bizarre film! Unfortunately the few funny moments there were were quite overshadowed by it's completely weird and random vibe throughout.
FirstWitch A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.
Portia Hilton Blistering performances.
krugstillo3 I watched this tv show, and its extremely underrated. Great characthers development, and the plot is the best you could made out of a videogame fantasy type of plot. You got Kung Lao, Siro, and Taja, in the classic representation of id-ego- superego that is present in almost every tv show that has 3 protagonists. The psichology behind every episode is complex, and it treats themes like treachery and trusting, sexuality, inner peace, ambition, search for power and the list goes on. The fight scenes are kung fu wire oriented, very far away from the mma types of fights from modern movies, but depicting elements of Karate, Kung Fu, Wing Chun, Taekwondo, be prepared for some wrists locks and lots of flying kicks. The ending is suberb. Stop reading here if you want, because SPOILERS, but it has elements of the baptism scene of Godfather, yes, you read that right, im comparing it to Mario Puzo's classic, in a very unusual plot twist, the bad guy, Shao Khan kills every one of his enemies. The evil won at the ending of this tv show, and in a great fashion.
sanderbraa me and a friend actually has this, bad film club. and in this club, we always go down to the video store and rent the movie that looks bad. and we found this movie, mortal combat two conquest. and believe me, i have watch a lot of bad movies. this is probably by far the worst thing i have ever seen. acting, plot, directing, music everything its just. nothing really. its so bad that it is nothing. everything from the lame fighting sequences with the porn like trance music to the bad jokes that really just makes me sad. and wtf with those spandex pants on kung lao? wtf?!? if it was a perfect movie, this is the complete opposite. it makes uwe boll lock like citizen kane. but ill give it 2. because its so bad that it deserves at least one point for badness. if your looking for a bad movie, see this.
hhh_dx33 Hello,My first question might be a very dumb one but i have both movies and i cant remember EVER seeing Noob Saibot in MKA. Remember seeing him in MKC but not either movies?? I ask because i thought i seen someone say he was in MKA.My Second question is i have really been looking and wanting the Mortal Kombat Konquest Episodes on DVD. I have been unable to find them. Is there any reason why They are not Offered in the us or are they and i am just dumb again? If they are not is anyone willing to sell me all the episodes???Thanks for your time and your help.
eilerson I started watching this show, cause I thought it was late night trash. Something to watch cause there was nothing else on. This all changed about 6-7 episodes into the series though. MKC started to introduce story arcs ( the characters memories arn't wiped after 45 mins for a new episode ). Things happen in this show, relationships and politics that you don't really expect. At the end of every episode, I was left saying to myself " that was the best episode yet...". The final episode totally confirms this, seeing as the show was not revived for a 2nd series, this is probably the most refreshing finale I have ever seen.
