Mirmo Zibang! Audience Reviews

BootDigest Such a frustrating disappointment
Dotbankey A lot of fun.
Voxitype Good films always raise compelling questions, whether the format is fiction or documentary fact.
Jonah Abbott There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.
ozguncaglar Kaede(Cigdem) Minami is a cheerful and energetic eighth grader. Cigdem is shy around her male classmates, so it is difficult for her to date. One day, on her way home from school, Cigdem walks into a mysterious shop and buys a blue cocoa mug. When she arrives at home, she casually peeks into the bottom of the mug and discovers an engraved note which says, "If you read this message aloud while pouring hot cocoa into the mug, a love fairy ("mug-lox") will appear and grant your every wish." The skeptical but curious Cigdem follows the directions and announces her wish to date Setsu(Burak) Yuki, the class heartthrob. A love fairy named Mirmo (Mirumo)appears. At first she was afraid of him but later understood that he was a mug-lox. Cigdem soon finds out that Mirmo prefers eating chocolate and creating mischief over helping Cigdem.Mirmo, it seems, is prince of the mug-lox world. Horrified at the prospect of having to marry Rima(Riruma), his princess bride-to-be, Mirmo has escaped the mug-lox world. Hot on his heels, however, are Rima, Yaki (Yashichi) the bounty hunter, and a cast of hundreds of mug-lox ranging from good to bad to nutty. The mug-lox see to it that school life for Cigdem and her friends is never the same.
