Kidskycom It's funny watching the elements come together in this complicated scam. On one hand, the set-up isn't quite as complex as it seems, but there's an easy sense of fun in every exchange.

Arianna Moses Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

Michael Lysaght OK, so I started watching this show out of curiosity back in the day because people in my old class in school wouldn't shut up about it. This was around 2009/10. I continued watching it thinking, "OK, this isn't good, but it's something to talk about in school." The characters are mostly bland or over-the-top stereotypes and every scenario is just exaggerated tenfold. Starting out, I gave it a pass and was mildly interested in what twists they would give to certain songs. Little did I know that it would inevitably be a trainwreck. The hollow caricatures began to get more and more irritating until this line made me reach the breaking point. "I have self-diagnosed Asperger Syndrome, so I can basically say whatever I want." At that point I thought, "F**K THIS SHOW!" As a person who has been diagnosed with Aspergers, I know personally that it's not just an excuse to behave antisocially. People with stronger symptoms do not understand social protocol, through no fault of their own. So the fact that these scum-of-the-earth writers try to make a punchline out of the condition makes my blood boil.It gets worse from there, with them trying to tackle issues like teenage sex, pregnancy, angst, LGBT issues and alcohol consumption and it's just done so terribly. The characters are just terrible people. Insecure, narcissistic caricatures. I gave up at the beginning of Season 3 because of the example I just mentioned. However, you'd think that the show would finish after they graduate high school. Right? NOPE! The show is carrying on as half the kids head to college and the other half stay behind with new additions, as far as I know.What I found incredible was that when Cory Monteith (pretty much the male lead, save for Matthew Morrison) died from substance abuse, they just carried on with the show. Sure, they had a memorial episode for him, but there was no explanation as to how the character died.It's unbelievable how much hype this show received during the first two seasons and then as the series carried on, there was a steady decline. It overstayed its welcome and the caricatures and stereotypes were just straight up offensive. Say, for instance, when the two Asian characters find out that one of them have gotten an A-minus in a test. "AN A-MINUS? THAT'S AN Asian F!!" "Oh look, an Irish transfer student. Let's get him to wear green in every scene and have every other character call him a leprechaun!" Because racism is funny? What I found a bit creepy was just how much they sexualized the characters in some of their musical routines. In the back of my head, I'm thinking, "Aren't these characters meant to be in high school?" I know that all the actors were well into their 20s but Jesus Christ! And don't get me started about the infamous GQ cover. It was borderline softcore porn at some points.To conclude, this series became an absolute disaster and I'm just glad that people have forgotten about it.

Demona9999 This series is very dumb, I will admit it. I finished it recently out of stubbornness to not let things unfinished, and I had a lot of fun despite knowing its pretty bad. Perhaps it was just a guilty pleasure by this point, I mean when you see all the flaws in a show but still watch it regardless that seems appropriate. I didn't like all of the characters, I didn't like a lot of the decisions they made in the plot, and yet I watched. Because some of the characters I loved regardless, because I enjoy the stupid musical numbers out of nowhere and the themed episodes, and overall I had a lot of fun with it. So if you don't mind something being kinda dumb and can get attached to characters on their own even if they aren't main characters, I would recommend to check it out at least.

subwmn As some who grew up in NY city limits, I would go see Broadway shows with my mom and grandma and love watching the Broadway segment of the Macys parade. I also saw the Rockettes at Radio City music hall. I am used to watching this and admiring people like them who put in hours of rehearsal and doing the same number a zillion times because they forgot a step or a speaking line. The public always sees the after product, not before and the strain it puts on the body.I said I would never watch it and caught a few minutes of a later episode and didn't understand. Now I started watching this with my step-son on Netflix and even though the show is set in hs, it reminds me of Broadway and hs plays,except there are competitions in it and bright scenery sets are needed.The people had to have some musical talent or dancing, not only being able to act, which is a good thing about having no-name actors. It has rivalry between teachers, set out to ruin the other, and is not only about hs kids and their relationships. I am up to season 2 now and would have liked to see Finn and Rachel marry in the last episode into the future or at least have graduated and do a final number at graduation. He was very supportive of Rachel from the beginning, even thought they were not dating at the time. He loved her for her ideas and being herself. I did not know who cory was or his character on glee, and to me it was, "he passed, it is a shame, let's move on" until I watched the show and found out he was really good at singing and drums. I liked his goofy, but cute character and respect him as a performer. It is too bad he could not or maybe did not want to stop using drugs.

danielfrankedonuts I can't believe something could drop to such a low level of any show, movie, book, game, musician, anything created ever. This is the worst of exactly that. I'll explain why. First off, the music is dreadful. For a show that boasts about its great soundtrack, it is just a bunch of dreadful pussy-pop sang by every white kid ages 10-14 in America. I feel like they just got some average little brat kid off the street and used her iPhone as the soundtrack reference, and got the biggest excuses of "singers" to perform.Second, the show is the most biased, most hipster creation I have ever seen. The entire show revolves around how its great to be you, and to be different. I agree with that, but they go WAY to far. They basically hold up a giant flashing sign that screams "equality" every episode. There are transgenders, cripples, autistics, gays, pregnant teens, just everything you could imagine. I don't care if you are gay, black, white, straight, male, female, whatever... but stuff like transgenders, pregnant teens, emos, cutters, THAT is where it gets weird. And its forced into every episode for no rhyme or reason to back it up.Glee is not just bad, its dreadful. You wouldn't wish this on your worst enemy. I am sure Lucifer himself cries and something like this. What a load of garbage.
