Zandra The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.

Jahfet After all the rave reviews I decided to give Forever Knight a try. I liked the concept and the actors, but after five episodes into the first season, I couldn't get one thing out of my head: how dd Nick become a cop if he's a vampire? I mean, don't cops have to undergo training of some sort? How could he have accomplish all of this if he's "allergic to the sun"? I understand them making him work the night-shift as a result, but to become a cop means undergoing certain physical and educational procedures (not sure the sunlight excuse would fly in this case). I know this is fiction, but the story needs to be believable to some degree for me to keep watching. Maybe it was explained later on, but after five episodes, I had enough. Shame, because I really liked Nick.

einezcrespo I caught this show by accident when I was just channel surfing when I lived in the US. I thought I saw the familiar face of Geraint Wyn Davies who played Klaus Von Helsing in Dracula the Series. I was blown over when I found out what this show was all about. How ironic! After watching a couple of episodes I was hooked. The first season will always be my favorite. I wasn't at all too crazy with season two. I didn't really bother with the last season after John Kapelos left. Nick and Schanke were great partners and occasionally bounced off each other. What I liked about this show is that the hero unafraid to be vulnerable and admitting the wrong choice he made. In many ways Nick through his admission is really human at heart. Then of course there was Lacroix trying to bring his rebel child to heel with his cruel taunts. Nigel Bennet plays the villain maker to the hilt and the results is absolutely devilish. Catherine Disher is good as the supportive Natalie Lambert and Deborah Duchene is great as Janette, the vampire mistress of the The Raven Club, torn between her master Lacriox and her ex-lover. It was a shame that CBS passed this show up in it's peak. The momentum was thrown off a bit when it went to another network. Still this is one of my favorite TV shows and one I will always remember even though I felt the last two seasons were a bit of a let down.

fastal I have heard of this series for years, but was never able to view it, Gotta love DVD! The original movie for TV was much slicker and Rick Springfield was decent. However, after several episodes I quietly fell in love with the show and the new cast. Sometimes Hollywood screws up by trying to cut costs and moving across the border. This does not appear to be a a problem with the production quality. I have been a reluctant fan of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, but always felt it was never quite as good as the movie. Angel was not so good, and was a weak spin off (a double negative)! So who is going to come up with the next Night Stalker installment for the networks? Probably not the Networks of the US of A. Viva La Canada.

Tabitha Lenox Perhaps one of the two best tv vampire shows to ever air(dark shadows 1966 being the other)It was very disappointing that Sony Tristar demanded the show be cancelled during the middle of 3rd season. After the backlash from angry fans, the show did make it thru five more shows including a series finale.(A finale most did not expect would happen in the way it did)There were 70 episodes all together. Perhaps if Sony had listened to reason, it would have made a 4th season totaling 100 episodes. Die hard fans are trying to get together a FK movie of the week. I wish them the best of luck in the attempt.
