emilysisco I rolled my eyes when the first scene was literally every 90s trend. And the scene by scene music change is a little on the nose. But that actually adds to the charm! I was only 7 in 1996 but unlike the movies from the actual time period it's not full of ppl in their late 20s in tube tops and letter jackets on a college campus passing for a high school. The actors look their age and the characters are really good!! The nostalgia level is high but the story is good and fun and real.

jennatoogood I have watched and rewatched this show about 6 or 7 times now, and every-time I find more things to love about it. I first heard about it for the great lgbt representation but this show is so much more than that. It is something I wish I would have seen when I was in highschool. It portrayed the emotions, friendships, relationships and dynamic that I believe any person can relate to. I laughed and cried so many times. This show means a lot to me personally and I honestly found something to relate to in all the characters.

marionsandiego This show shows a great representation to the LGBT+ community! The cast & crew has worked so hard on this show & it's sad to see it go but as Principle Messner says it "We are ready to fight for our happiness!" If you haven't watched it yet just give it a shot! We still haven't got any reasons from Netflix on why the canceled the show...some people said that they didn't have enough views which I say is false, (not gonna name the show) has about 761 reviews 7.1/10 rating on the other hand Everything Sucks! Has 8,277 reviews on a 7.7/10 rating...who got renewed you may ask? The other show...I think Netflix should give this show a chance as well

geekninja-72552 This is a wonderful show! If you are considering checking it out, please do! Although, I will be honest, the first few episodes are a little boring, I swear it does pick up! Very sad that Netflix cancelled it, but the fans will never stop trying to get it renewed. Great show, great nostalgia, great LGBTQ+ representation, and a strong black male lead! Make sure you check it out!
