This show is utterly crap. It's like a broken pencil...pointless. The main character is as likable as a sex offender. The directing made me nauseous and the writing sounded like it was written by two Italian men with no grasp on English. The rest of the characters obviously weren't familiar with their lines and sounded like retarded children. Do not watch this travesty of a show. Overall, this show is like a sewage treatment facility, looks normal on the outside, completely sh1t on the inside. Also I wasn't allowed to even post and review with the proper insults that are required for this the most awful/ terrible/ and abysmal show in existence. The friend who suggested this show to me will hereby be buried in six foot of dirt and sand. Boo.

An excellent show. i really enjoyed it. i watched it like 5 times but still is not enough. i am also a medicine student and for me this was really an amazing show ever. the acting was 10/10. and the story was also great, not like typical ones. you can say more work less drama. why don't they make more like these? i really liked dr-micah role. dr-gina role was also great, more like a real person in a hospital when your an internee. after watching the show i m thinking that after some time this time will come on me as well and how will i react in medical emergencies. this show is very inspiring and can learn a lot from it. seems like a reality show to me didn't seemed like they all were acting or have prepared the line. the timings is perfect.

I loved this show from the very first episode. I was very iffy about watching it but have like all the other shows that have come on the CW so i gave it a shot and was addicted. I like how they show how crazy and difficult the life of a doctor can be but they also show how down to earth they are during all of their constant craziness. It was really easy to fall in love with the characters.I have heard that they are not going to sign it for a second season.How can they do that after letting it end like they did. I think a lot of people would agree. We need to see what happens next for Emily. Don't CANCEL YET! I WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I'm sad that next week is the first season finale. I look forward to this show each week. As another reviewer said, it just puts a smile on your face while you are watching. Another plus is you root for and learn to love the "not popular" girl. The one who isn't so flashy. That ads to the fun!The show is about people. The hospital is fine background. I did love Grey's Anatomy during the early years but I don't think of this as being more of the same. I think it's Mamie Gunther as Emily Owens that makes the difference. The supporting cast is enjoyable too. Nothing too original here, but you'll enjoy it, I promise!
