Entertaining from beginning to end, it maintains the spirit of the franchise while establishing it's own seal with a fun cast

I need to be honest. I watched and enjoy this show because it was gross, offensive, hilarious, and raunchy. Yeah, there is a lot of humor for all tastes. If you are into the kind of humor that deals with making fun of people falling from skateboards, for example then you will have a great time for it.Or, if you enjoy people on extreme stunt actions going bad, you will also have a great time. And if you enjoy scatological humor and extreme situations oh , you will enjoy the show.I enjoy all three kinds of humor that "Dirty Sànchez" offers. I like to have a hard laugh with the situations of the show. "Jackass" is like a walk in the park compared to this one. So if you are tired of the typical American stupidity of Jackass, give it a try to English extreme stupidity on this show. With all due respect. This is a show that has little taste or class. It's not recommended for those who are easily offended or grossed out. Now, these guys need to see a psychologist. Specially the Paco character.

dirty Sanchez is one of the shows that from first glance you know-it's British! The gang of 3 Welsh wollies and a cockney that has unique tastes, the show is pure greatness! The stunts are real stunts (jumping of roofs, frozen lake swimming and the quickest way to remove a fish hook from your ear)! The shock value is real shock with Joyce eating a pube pizza, drinking the anti-pint and him messing with "playful" horses. The pain battle between Dainton and Prich is better every episode and then there's Pancho(a.k.a. Mike Locke), this fool is the runt of the disturbed litter and for the reasons of being 4ft-2", drinking like it's air and falling asleep at anytime with generally results in a horrible-yet extremely amusing prank at his expense. I have the first DVD series and have sent all of "Jobs for the Boyohs-series 2" and think its even better that CKY. If you love this type of Jackass mindset-Sanchez is an all new ballgame. 10/10 a must-see series!

Many people when writing about 'Dirty Sanchez' compare it to 'Jackass', both being, by and large the same type of show. The main comments seem either to be 'It's a Jackass rip-off', or, 'Far more extreme than Jackass'. Both do have equal stances on the show. Not many people have heard of the show, let alone seen it. It came from a much smaller company than the goliaths of MTV, and was pushed to the 1 o'clock in the morning slot by channel 4. maybe appropriately, you may think, after watching the show.
The show comes from the current skateboarder trend for this type of humour: People with a healthy disregard for themselves, messing around. However, Dirty Sanchez's stunts are much more extreme than anyone would care to try, and yes, I will say it, more extreme than 'Jackass'. Stapling your ear to a piece of wood, lowering your posterior onto a floor covered in drawing pins, rolling around in stinging nettles, and playing extreme ice hockey in the nude are all your average sort of stunt. The stunts all have a feeling of 'no going back'; once one of the four man strong crew of daredevils has decided to do a stunt, they go ahead, and regret it later. They often will do a stunt, only to realise a few seconds later that it was more painful than they imagined (one fine example of this is seeing Pritchard skate down an ice rink, before dropping on to his bare rear end, only to realise a few seconds later that it was taking his skin off, and desperately trying to prop himself up on his arms)- The dynamic between the four men-three welsh skateboarders, and one southerner-Is a complex one. they are all friends, and yet all treat each other in a way that borders on the ruthless. an example is a time when one of the guys gets sprayed in the eye, and is trying to wash it out, not realising that one of the others is adding washing powder to his hands, and effectively blinding him all the more. You do wonder what holds them together- Pancho, the shorter one, has a tendency to go into very deep sleeps, giving much scope for practical jokes. the Southerner, (I think it's Dan Joyce) is more reserved, less prepared to go into the really strong stunts. Pritchard has a rather large obsession with going naked, nudity being another central theme to the show. The last Welshman, (I think it's Dainton) is the more crueller of the group, always the instigator of the harsher practical jokes.Upon viewing, one thing which may turn people off is the way the show is put together. It suffers from fairly poor editing, (Although I know it is shot on quite amateur cameras, but it still doesn't excuse it being put together badly) It lacks the coherency of 'Jackass', cutting back and forth between interviews with the cast, family and friends of the people involved, and the stunts themselves. However, Although I often like to think that my comedy tastes are more refined, I have to admit that shows like this often make me laugh like a kid. The silly way that they injure themselves so willingly just manages to be funny when you are not the one doing it. So, I can say, put your hands together, and pray, for 'Dirty Sanchez'.

About Two years ago, Jackass had just reached the shores of England, It was an instant success. Half a year later, the episodes became boring and repetative. Then, Dirty Sanchez was discovered. It became an instant success aswell, but was alot less known. The history of the people involved was Unknown to many, but before this show, The stars released a video. MTV found this, and instantly fell in love with the shows cast.Featuring such stunts as 'Naked Paintballing' and 'Penis Piercing', the show grossed out many of its viewers. Being the first show to have nudity and Swearing on MTV, It was a surprise to regular viewers of 'Jackass' and the lesser known 'CKY' Series.Compared to Jackass though, Dirty Sanchez is Darker, More sadistic... and way way funnier. Basically, It makes them look like Tweenies on Skateboards.Featuring 3 Welsh mates and one Warped Londoner on their quest to destroy themselves, Dirty Sanchez is definatly one of my favourate TV shows for a while. Its a tv show where just about anyone can be involved!**SPOILERS**Just a taste of what the shows like. In the infamous 'Pube-Pizza' Scene, the aim of the game is to collect as much Pubic hair as you can, and bring it to a meeting at the end of one week, Whoever has the least hair collected must eat a pizza with a topping of Everyones collection.Dan Joyce is the loser after failing to turn up with 'The goods', hes not happy and soon, The topping has vomit added to it, but, its still eaten. Lovely stuff huh?Overall I give this show a 4/5. Watch it on MTV on a weeknight. Good stuff.Seyonara
