Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

Let me start by saying I like Tyler Labine. He was fantastic as the off the wall sidekick in the series Reaper and generally has great comedic presence.Sadly, Deadbeat the series is just that. A rather dead off beat proposition, that uses predictable, tired and hackneyed humour of the kind found in puerile teen/twenty something movies with titles, like "Hooters High" and "Bong Bachelor Party". Anyway you get the idea.Suffice to say this is tragic, horribly unfunny stuff, for the most part, with only the occasional genuinely original, mildly funny moments to lighten the gloom. My advice, give it a pass. Three out of ten from me.

I don't know why there are bad reviews for this show, or why this show was cancelled. Deadbeat delivers comedy like no other show I've watched! Yes it's different and no it won't change your life, but if you are looking to relax and unwind, this show is the show to watch. Great acting, writing and directing too! I also love the shows premise a character that can see and talk to dead people. The location scenes are great too and Cat Dealy is awesome in her role. And I am lucky enough to own a piece of the show, I just bought the bunny from season 3 episode 12 great memorabilia from a great show, thank you HULU for giving me 36 great episodes of TV.

The first season was good. I believe it was the first original Hulu series that actually caught my eye. Season 2 rolled around and I noticed a solidified plot line. Now with season 3, I can't stop laughing. It's always been witty, but this is greatness. The addition of Kal Penn to the already blossoming foundation is something you simply can't make up. Whether or not he'll stick around (along with Kyle Braunohler) I don't know, but it proves this show to be evolutionary in acting, writing, and delivery. All in all?I won't be upset if this series sticks around a few more years.

Completely awful, really disappointing as I am a fan of Hulu. The show was pathetic and I agree with another review saying that the "rave reviews" must be fake.. Netflix does great a great job in contrast with original series. I would think that if Hulu is trying to work with original content, it would filter and do a good job. Instead, this show is completely cringe-worthy where I was absolutely appalled at what I was watching. I know people may have different opinions on humor but I really can't imagine someone loving this show. I watched it with my boyfriend and although we have different sense of humor, he also thought it was a pathetic attempt at entertainment. This is my first review on IMDb and it was bad enough to make me register to post this opinion. Don't waste your time.
