This is one of the worst, most inaccurate pieces of junk ever produced on TV. It is nothing but propaganda, without an iota of history behind it. Leonardo was one of the great frauds in history. This TV series makes him look even worse. For example, where's the character of Salai? he was probably the most important person in Leonardo's life. The Duke of Milan made Leonardo, gave him employment, and yet, he's treated like an extra. What about brother Bandello? And Cecilia Gallerani? And the famous horse he never built or the other stuff he never created because he was a fraud, a charlatan who fooled history by selling himself to ignorant people.

Go watch it now!It's one of the best TV shows i've ever seen and it's a guarantee you will enjoy every second of it!!!I've seen a lot of TV shows but this one just became one of my favorites,It contains a lot of fiction but the actors have done every part of it well enough,Although it's been cancelled but i really hope they make a spin off or something off of it,I read some of the reviews of this show on IMDb and i have to say i wasn't pleased. I don't get why people didn't like the pilot episode. I mean shows like arrow and spartacus have a rating of 8.7 whereas this show only got a mere 8. To me the pilot seemed pretty good. The lead character had enough depth in him to make him likable. His mysterious past, quick witty answers and knack for getting into troubles will make the show even more enjoyable as it progresses,This show deserves all the support!

at the beginning of the season 1, I would highly rate the movie with 10 starts!Unlike the other series, the sci-fi was fun, creative, and engineered to entertain people with adventure, discovery, and science (though you must understand that not everything is real, that's why it is a science fiction not sci-real)however, as the stories get into season 3, the plot changed. it doesn't tell us again anything like the inventive season 1 and adventurous season 2 of leonardo da vinci, the maestro and artista.season 3 is a very very very terrible. it removes all the fun things i mentioned above, and replace it with unfascinating and plot-hole stories merely about italy vs. ottoman. (which gives bad propaganda about Christianity vs Muslim)... ohh why?Where all the fun about book of leaves? where all the climax between leonardo and his-so-much-looking-for mother? where all the fun of battle between leonardo and riaro who suddenly has his own irrelevant side-stories?what happen with the true pope?it started with mysterious yet adventurous book of leave stories and a missing mother, but ended with un-epic and irrelevant story of battle of italy vs. ottoman.Oh season 3 should never exists!! Screw the director.who already watched and agree with me? raise your hand? :)
