Good start, but then it gets ruined

Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
Billy Ollie
Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable

'Crossroads' is arguably the best show on CMT. It's a show that brings together two artists (one country, one not) for a unique concert.I think that every show they have done so far has worked well, especially the ones featuring Brooks & Dunn/ZZ Top, Kid Rock/Hank Williams Jr, Martina McBride/Pat Benatar, Brad Paisley/John Mayer, Kenny Chesney/John Mellencamp and Wynonna/Heart.The weakest of the two shows has been Ryan Adams and Elton John, exactly which of those is country?Anyway, overall, it's a great show. I look forward to more 'Crossroads' in future, Vince Gill and Mark Knopfler would work well for instance.
