Chrisley Knows Best Audience Reviews

Stometer Save your money for something good and enjoyable
FeistyUpper If you don't like this, we can't be friends.
Doomtomylo a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.
Kamila Bell This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
kaileeblanford They are very humorous and it reminds me of how my family is. If you are okay with family members picking on eachother for fun than watch it. Idk why the reviews are so low when the chrisleys are generally funny unlike the Kardashian's. I feel entertained watching them
Kaycee Bills Todd Chrisley is extremely funny and I love watching it just to hear his witty remarks. The only thing that I wish they would change is to be more open about their personal lives (e.g. their son Kyle). One of the reasons the Kardashian's are entertaining is because they are very open about everything going on in their lives. The Chrisley's hide a lot that I wish they were more upfront about. It makes the show seem very fake when they hide so much. I also wish it was a little less scripted (or at least not as obviously scripted).
Karen K The "people" in this "reality" show get no pity because they are such blatantly pathetic, self-centered, ignorant white trash. These non-actors make the oh so obviously staged and scripted "reality" moments so excruciatingly bad, sad, embarrassingly low-brow, and narcissistic. But my sympathy goes out to the people that watch this garbage and see it as entertainment (which allows morons like this family to become faux celebrities). Perhaps they need to increase their dosage, or seek a more competent psychotherapist. Shows like this are simply a reflection of the people that watch them. People that enjoy the humiliation of others and have nothing better to do with their time than to laugh at others willing to do anything to get fame and fortune (even though that is an illusion for shows like this). But the "reality" is, there will always be people wallowing in the gutter, making and watching shows like this, feeling a sense of empowerment because they are not allow in the muck.
atlasmb No reality show is for everyone. But I promise my review--unlike others here--will amount to more than just condemning the show because it is from the reality genre. The Chrisleys (Todd and Julie) live in the Atlanta area where they raise their five children. The show is mostly a comedy driven by Todd's one liners, observations, and edicts. Much of the narrative is about the trials of raising teenagers, so you get the usual episodes about the new teenage driver or the perils of dating. This is very like "Preacher's Daughters" without the Bible verses. You might be able to relate to them if you live in a 30,000 square foot home in a gated community and your children receive Range Rovers or Mercedes convertibles for their sixteenth birthdays. Seriously, though, the kids realize they live a charmed life. Even when they rebel, which is frequently, they know they have less to complain about than some other kids. The show is not all comedy. It does tackle some real issues and situations, like drugs and a grandchild conceived out of wedlock. But there is never any doubt that love binds this family together.Todd has been described as "flamboyant" by his son-in-law. Let's just say that you would not be surprised if he said, "Make it work!" He does play to the cameras, which is acceptable in my book. And the show includes brief sessions where the family members sit down and talk to us/the camera/the producers, depending upon how you want to see it.Update 12/10/14: I think this show has become even funnier in its latest episodes. I am upgrading my vote to an "8".
