So many shows strive to have some accuracy in their content.
But, I can't help wonder why the writers insist on using the "F word"?
This is supposed to be taking place in 49AD or thereabouts, YET the F word was not in use until the 1500s AD.
So, what the F---?Are the writers anything over 12?Ridiculous.
If you can't fill in any other words except for the aforementioned, get out of the writing business. The show kind of loses balance...got very boring.Just my opinion.

I found the start of this series a bit slow and confusing but it all starts falling into place and making sense mid season and gets really interesting. I'm not sure why people are trying to review it against game of thrones because Britannia is nothing like game of thrones. Bit of a mix between history and fantasy which makes an interesting storyline, they ended the season well and I hope they pick up from that interesting storyline in season 2.

I loved it. It's upsetting to see the common critiques about the historical inaccuracy or similarities to Game of thrones. Maybe because of my ignorance of Celtic culture, I'm completely able to just enjoy the show and see what the producer/directors are trying to paint. as a period piece and fantasy genre lover, i don't Automically compare it to the last show I saw with castles on hbo.

Fun series with great acting. Has everything you'd expect from a wee bit of escapism television.
The worst thing... the absolute worst thing... is the opening music !!!
