I have seen all three seasons of Blindspot. The fourth season is announced. The basic premise is that there is a girl known as Jane Doe whose body is covered with tattoos that are actually clues to different crimes. The FBI team works together to solve the puzzles, stop the bad guys and save the world. Although the basic premise sounds interesting, I find this to be incredibly disappointing show. The motives are repetitive; there is no meaningful character development, there is no excitement or surprise, there is no chemistry between actors, emotions are forced and false, and every single episode has the same, predictable plot. There is nothing that would challenge viewer to reexamine his/hers opinions, there are no ethical dilemmas that would provoke thought or initiate discussions. The law is absolute, unless you are the good guy, then the law can bend. All the concepts have been presented many times before; this show makes them even more boring. Every episode starts with the eminent threat to the world. Good guys are on the tight schedule, but they work hard, kill all the bad guys, manage to save the day and have few peaceful moments with their loved ones. The bad guys use bullets, knives, bombs, poisons, and other deadly weapons, that seem to never hit the target, or to fulfill their purpose. On the other hands the team has extensive knowledge of all existing martial arts and weapons as well as extensive knowledge of computer systems, languages, physics, chemistry, mythology, literature and so on, that is always correct; they never miss or kill innocent bystanders and they come out of every battle with perfect hair and broad smile. Even if our heroes do get wounded, beaten, shot, drugged, kidnapped or something even worse, they will recover by the end of the episode and, with the glass of fine wine, toast to the bright future. The same thing tree seasons in a row. The number of gay people in this show is amazing. Too bad there is no real context to any of them. All in all, boring and disappointing. I will skip the season four.

I was really into this show. Loved the concept of it and was hoping it would be thrilling and exciting.
A lot of action scenes, but it just got worse and worse. First off, it's one of those corny TV shows where the whole episode is leading to an impending doom then all of a sudden, some miracle happens and everything is good again.
All of the main characters are always on the verge of dying and then wow, they're alive.
It just got so corny and when I finally got up to season 3... wow I'm furious. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO JUST DO THE SAME THING AS YOU DID IN SEASON 1?????? WHY? CAN YOU PLEASE BE MORE CREATIVE???I was so into this show and I am just furious at how disappointed I am. I'm no longer going to continue watching this show.

Apart from the relentless over the top music that often drowns out the dialogue, the awful camera work carried out by the old guy with Parkinson's disease. Oh, and every episode has a fight sequence where Jane kicks someone a$$ into the next town.
Lastly, how does Patterson design and install all those superb graphics on her computer system so quickly?
