Wow! What a bizarre film! Unfortunately the few funny moments there were were quite overshadowed by it's completely weird and random vibe throughout.

My humor isn't the best but I feel that since the old Scooby doo has passed it has been either taken too seriously (Scooby doo mystery incorporated, also a good show with a more darker tone and teenage vibe to it) or too childishly (Pup named Scooby doo due to it's over exaggerated style and wacky villains). But I feel this show has a mixture of humor that kids and adults can laugh to. Though they aren't the older Scooby doo gang. I feel the fresh new vibe on the Scooby doo gang might just appeal to the younger and older generation through it's new wit, charm and comedic timing also pointing out the shows cliches other than "you meddling kids" line as well as incorporate more realistic situations, only a little so you won't be banging your head too much. So it's worth a try and and to find out if it reaches your inner child or humor.

Well, as a genuine scooby doo fan for the last twenty years. I have seen every other iteration of scooby doo that has been released. At first. I was also quite suspicious about the character overhaul. But when I actually watched around the first five. I started to get into it and it's only because the jokes were actually great. They might have been targeted to kids but they can make anyone laugh as well. I never laughed while watching the 70's show where there was a background laugh to amuse us. But here, it was actually funny. The overall mystery theme is there but the addition of jokes is something that has made BE cool much better than rest. If Mystery incorporated isn't going to be continued and the scooby doo is going to continue with random mysteries than I would love to see Be cool scooby doo continue for even 10 seasons.

Went to my local Barnes and Nobles store to look for childhood cartoons that I can hold on to and ended up buying this DVD with some others because I wanted to give something modern a try. The art style made me feel like this was going to be another forced Scooby- Doo project since Warner Bros. have been overdoing Scooby-Doo since the DC's New 52 started. The art is lazy and I believe DC and Cartoon Network are getting lazier as time moves on. I mean look at horrific Teen Titans Go cartoon. But I was hoping this DVD wasn't a waste of time and money. Now, the show as a whole. Man, I have to eat my words for a moment and say that this is pretty comical! The art for some reason actually does fit the goofiness of it! I was surprised by how much I'd laughed while watching the gang slip up from one gag to another in just seconds! Fast-paced and unusual! Daphne who was once my least favorite character suddenly became my most favorite character! She isn't like she was in her previous incarnations but rather a fun, adventurous, goofy type and I'd thought Shaggy and Scooby were the best of the gang!Episode 1: Decent Episode 2: Pretty Good Episode 3: GREAT!! This is where I was laughing the most!My suggestion is to watch episode 3! That one is my favorite so far!

My children and I love watching Be Cool Scooby Doo. My five year old daughter loves scooby doo and out of all the different remakes from the past and present we have never had so much fun watching this version of scooby doo. My twelve year old daughter and eight year old son would grumble when my five year old said she wanted to watch scooby doo but now we are all super excited when it is time to watch Be Cool Scooby Doo we have so much laughs and the characters are the best they have ever been I hope there will be at least a few seasons of this show and to the creators and writers, amazing job there is no scooby doo better!!!!!!!!!
