You get candid interviews that reveal on a personal level what drives and motivates these athletes to succeed.How good is a show that can make my negative opinion of Richard Sherman do a complete 180 degree turn? I would be angry too, being that good and having 21 other inferior corner backs drafted before me. If Richard Sherman wants anyone to change their mind about him, just tell them to watch this show.If you have any interest in working out and love sports, there is no better show than American Muscle - it is surprisingly good.
