This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.

The story-telling is good with flashbacks. The film is both funny and heartbreaking. You smile in a scene and get a soulcrushing revelation in the next.

I made it four minutes. Most of hat was background exposition. Dear god. Save yourself the shocking disappointment.

Most zombie movies of today are horrible at best...abysmal at worst. When you have such low expectations of a film, anything not horrible or abysmal, suffices. Some nice twists, some cliches. Typical CGI effects you'd expect from a SYFY Channel movie, but the makeup wasn't half bad. Don't pay to watch this movie, but if you can catch it for free, like I did, it's worth a watch.DEFINITELY not the worst I've ever seen.

Even the mighty Ving Rhames can't save this sad WD imitation. The words "barely serviceable" best describe this sub-par clone. Only worth a look to really appreciate the superb work in WD - and even then, only if you've already finished watching some paint dry. Otherwise, stay far away...FAR, FAR AWAY...

Three small groups of survivors of a zombie plague join forces to reach the ferry boat to a sanctuary that they are not sure that it does exist in the Catalina Island. Along their journey, they are hunted down by hordes of zombies and only a few of them survive. "Zombie Apocalypse" is a lame, predictable and corny low-budget TV movie by Syfy channel. The story is poorly written based on the above storyline, with zombies that can run. The characters prefer to walk under siege of dozen of zombies instead of driving a car in the United States of America. The moralist fate of Henry was absolutely predictable. The special effects are very simple and there are many sequence errors in the edition. My vote is three.Title (Brazil): Not Available
