My husband and I saw this movie tonight together. Take tissues! It's a very sincere and heart touching documentary! We loved how everyone pulled together and showed so much love and supported for each other. We have a son that attends OU, we were so very thankful and blessed that he was safe through the storms. We had traveled to the Norman/Moore area shortly after the tornado to visit him and we're shocked by the devastation. We've both lived in Oklahoma all our lives and have never seen the horrible results of a tornado. It certainly makes you realize they are much, much more serious than we can even imagine. This is a wonderful documentary and I hope everyone gets a chance to see it. It's a great reminder that God is always there, watching over us and helping us through each day.

My wife, daughter and I went to see this movie Sunday morning. This was a most incredible experience. The stories of those folks who went through the May 20th, 2013 tornado in Moore, OK; the story of the mother and daughter who lost a husband/father, and a daughter/sister in the 2011 Joplin, MO tornado, who were led to come to Moore to help out and where their journey led them; the story of the couple who lost their only son and how that sacrifice brought new meaning to their lives; and the story of the teacher at Plaza Towers Elementary who suffered tremendous injuries (but saved 3 of her students by laying on top of them),and how her life has changed. These are just some of the stories that are presented in this film. But all are stories of Hope and Faith that need to be shared, stories to never forget. This movie is for everyone to see regardless of faith. What was really memorable was the music score composed by Christopher Clark that really enhanced this powerful film. I hope that this soundtrack is recorded and sold as a CD. I would certainly buy it and listen to it often. I am sharing my experience with this movie and I hope everyone else who sees it shares their experiences with everyone they know also.

Where was God? When tragedy strikes and the unimaginable becomes reality our humanity cries out... On May 20th in Moore, Oklahoma and everyday of the year, life happens, people are hurt, lives are changed, loved ones die. I know God was with our family that scary May afternoon, holding us down while everything around us went up. He held us together and has kept us from falling apart. He has filled up our lack and supplied us in every possible way. We saw the 'Where was God?' movie tonight and cried and rejoiced along with these ones willing to share their stories of Hope. They opened their hearts, peeling back the different layers of their lives, willing to revisit their pain to show us the beauty of restoration. God was always there, in the midst of every need, just as He still is. He doesn't just save us once and for all... He saves us over and over again. This movie was beautiful and I believe anyone who sees it will walk away feeling encouraged, hopeful and in awe of an amazing loving God!

Oh my goodness!! Get ready to cry, laugh and for your heart to be touched like never before!! Bring your own Kleenex. Some movies make me tear up a bit, but this movie made me sob like a baby. Watching this movie made me realize we all go through storms in our lives. Some are more difficult than others but there is one absolute. Where is God? He's right there with us, embracing us and holding our hand through it all. I love how this movie was unscripted and you could tell people were genuine and spoke form the heart. Despite what all the different families went through, this movie gave me hope and helped me put things in perspective. What an amazing, powerful "must-see" movie. I highly recommend it!!
