Aside from an anti-climatic ending, this is one of the best street fights I've ever seen. Non stop carnage with four crazy bastards just beating the holy hell out of one another. Many big spots as well. Great stuff that any wrestling fan needs to see at least once.**** out of 5United States Title'Stunning' Steve Austin (C) Vs The Great MutaAustin retains by DQ after Muta sends Austin over the top rope. Holy crap was Muta ever over here. They couldn't get enough of the guy. Match was disappointingly slow at times before picking up in the last 5 to 7 minutes. It had good psychology with a red-hot crowd, but it was inconsistent.**1/4 out of 5International Heavyweight TitleRick Rude (C) Vs StingRude's WCW theme is epic. Sting wins the title after Harley Race accidentally nails Rude with a chair. This was a well-worked match. I wouldn't call it exciting, but it was definitely watchable and well told.**1/2 out of 5Bunkhouse MatchDustin Rhodes Vs Bunkhouse BuckBuck wins after nailing Rhodes with Brass knucks. This was just a good old-fashioned, nasty brawl. It was a bloody mess with both men bleeding like a stuffed pig. I enjoyed this one thoroughly. If you like good old-fashioned brawls with two men beating the hell out of each other, you'll like this one.***1/4 out of 5Rick Rude and Vader get into it backstage. Vader Vs The BossThe Boss is Big Boss Man before he was forced to change his name for legal action from WWF. Vader wins with a moonsault off the top. The Boss beats up Harley Race with a nightstick before commissioner, Nick Bockwinkel stops it. Old AWA buddies gotta stick together. WOW! This is the best big man vs big man match I have ever seen. I'm not kidding. It wasn't perfect, but man did they work their asses off. Both men can wrestle their asses off for their size. Any time these two wrestled, it was good. They just had great chemistry. Call me bold, but I'm giving this four stars.**** out of 5Nick Bockwinkel says The Boss can no longer be The Boss. He strips him off his nightstick and handcuffs. As I said, WCW was threatened with legal action and they had to change Ray Traylor into The Guardian Angel.World Heavyweight TitleRic Flair (C) Vs Ricky SteamboatSteamboat gets some boos from the smark filled Chicago crowd. ANOTHER controversial finish ensues after both men pin each other in a bridge. Despite the finish, this is yet another classic match from these two. These two wow me every time I see them wrestle. I actually saw somebody say this was mediocre. If you can't appreciate this, then I'm not sure what else you could possibly want. They went out there and wrestled, making it more and more exciting as each minute passed. In my opinion, this is Flair and Steamboat's match and that's saying something, considering they already are responsible for three of the greatest matches of all time.***** out of 5This is one of the best PPV's of all time. It isn't perfect, but it deserves 10 out of 10, simply because it has THREE matches over four stars and other solid matches. You can't get any better than that. You're a damn fool if you don't see this PPV. Best WCW ppv they have ever produced. Sadly, it flies under the radar.10/10

SlyGuy21 1st Match: Johnny B. Badd vs Diamond Dallas Page. A super hot start! John has the crowd in the palm of his hand the whole time and it's a great way to start the show. Rating: 4/5 2nd Match: Lord Steven Regal vs Brian Pillman, WCW World TV Championship. For a match that ends in a time limit draw, it's pretty damn awesome. Pillman gives it everything he has, and Regal just barely manages to escape with the belt. Rating: 4/5 3rd Match: The Nasty Boys vs Cactus Jack and Maxx Payne, Chicago Street Fight. This isn't for the tag titles, but it might as well be because these two teams throw everything at each other. This isn't a match, it's a straight-up brawl. They go all over the place, and there are some pretty unique and sick spots. Rating: 4.5/5 4th Match: Steve Austin vs The Great Muta, WCW US Heavyweight Championship. The match is awesome up to the ending. This is exactly why I hate the over-the-top-rope DQ rule. Not only did the rule not make any sense at all, but it completely kills what are usually insanely hot matches, and this is one of those times. Had Austin not won this on a technicality, this would've been 5 stars. Rating: 4.5/5 5th Match: Sting vs Rick Rude, WCW International World Heavyweight Championship. The match might not be much from a technical standpoint, but it sure is great to see someone as cocky as Rick Rude lose his belt. A feel-good ending to an entertaining match. Rating: 4/5 6th Match: Dustin Rhodes vs Bunkhouse Buck, Bunkhouse match. Basically another Street Fight, which I'm totally fine with. There are some nasty spots, both guys get busted open, the crowd's behind Dustin 100%, and Buck was able to hold his own for the most part. Rating: 4.5/5 7th Match: Vader vs The Boss, Grudge match. Even though this match isn't a No DQ match, it might as well be. Both guys throw everything at each other, and they both kick out of some pretty big moves. Vader pinning Bossman after the moonsault was also a great and decisive ending. Rating: 4.5/5 8th Match: Ric Flair vs Ricky Steamboat, WCW World Heavyweight Championship. This is one of the greatest matches I have ever seen. I know these two had matches before this one, but this is the only one of theirs I need to see. Fantastic technical wrestling, hard bumps, both guys giving 150%, and the crowd eats all of it up. Even though it ends in a draw, it doesn't feel like a cop-out, because both guys clearly gave it everything they had and more. Rating: 5/5Final Rating: 9 out of 10. I can't believe it, this card is better than some Wrestlemanias I've seen. Everything lined up perfectly here. This is the best PPV I've reviewed for this site so far, there's only two others I've seen that are as good as this (and I'll get to those eventually).

Cactus Jack/Maxx Payne - Decent hardcore match and Nastys clearly won. 6/10 4. U.S. Title Match: Great Muta Vs. Champ-Stunning Steve Austin Slow match with bad ending. Austin retains. 6/10 5. Internation Title Match: Sting Vs. Champ-Rick Rude - Average match from these two with really, really bad ending, Harley poorly timed when to occur with chair. 6/10 6. Bunkhouse Match: Bunkhouse Buck Vs. Dustin Rhodes - Another average match 5.5/10 7. Grudge Match: Boss (Oh sh*t, no!) Vs. Vader - Lol, this match sucks even more than I've expected, poor Vader he tried hard. (Ending was solid.) 5.5/10 8. WCW World Heavyweight Title Match: Ricky Steamboat Vs. Ric Flair 6/10
