Beulah Bram
A film of deceptively outspoken contemporary relevance, this is cinema at its most alert, alarming and alive.

This is the omnibus about youth life in South Korea. I really like the first, second and the third story. But, the fourth story, about the high school girl's gangster, which is quite weird, uninteresting and pretentious. Really boring. The first one,"The Rumor" is about a girl's rumour spread in high school and how the girl's boyfriend deal with it. It shows how rumor can destroy someone's life if they just believe it without any question. Its quite good and twisting. The second one,"Wonderwall" about 2 boys having to go to obligatory military service and those who'll wait for them to return. Its funny and so interesting to watch. We always heard about korean popstar who need to go to their military service for 2 years and from this segment we can see how every korean deal with this matter, have to leave girlfriend and everything. Its a fun lighthearted segment and I like this one the most. The third one,"Enemies All Around" about 3 bank robbers who never trust each other. This is a serious segment, and from the start we can know how it will turns out. Its dark, tension atmosphere that we can always find in korean cinema and I'm sure every korean thriller lover will like this. For me, its just mediocre but its OK.The last one,"Playgirl" as I mentioned before the last one is the bad one. You can stop watching at 3 and it will never bother you. But if you want to watch some pretty girl cursing and fighting with each other. You can watch this one.Overall, its OK.
