A different way of telling a story
FirstWitch
A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.

This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.

This movie matched the experiment perfectly and while it was beautifully executed and super enthralling is extremely horrific and traumatizing to see what normal humans can become

A 'true' story about fraudulent researchers led by a chief fraud. Except that it doesn't show any of the fraud and hence is not that 'true'.
The outing of Zimbardo, the chief researcher as a fraud may be a bad thing for the movie but a good thing for science.

The fact that this actually happened at a college, and Stanford nonetheless, just blows me away. Such an interesting story about what happens when people are put into a situation like this. Awesome movie

This is not a review - it's a question: how does this movie compare to the brilliant 2001 German film "Das Experiment", which was based on the same Stanford role-playing research? That was a very disturbing and horrifying movie and I can't imagine anything surpassing it - which is why I'd appreciate your feedback comparing these two films.
