After a string of duck themed homicides crop up in the L.A underbelly, veteran detective Chief Wayne must put together a crack team of detectives including Dick Dangér and Tommy Tuff to stop the ruthless crime lords. However, when his former partner and secret lover Vladimir Giamatti turns out to be involved, tensions rise and the case becomes much more complicated.
