Good story, Not enough for a whole film

This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.

Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;

"La Luna Negra" is about Luna,eight year old daughter of Eve.The girl starts to behave strangely for example she hangs lizards on a small wooden crosses.The Curse of Liilith needs to be fulfilled."La Luna Negra" is an old-fashioned horror movie made for Spanish TV station TVE.There is a bit of nudity and lesbianism.Unfortunately no blood to be found here.The plot borrows from "The Exorcist" and "The Omen" and moves pretty much at snail's pace.The acting is uneven and the film lacks memorable power of many 70's Spanish horror movies for example "Blind Dead" tetralogy or "Let Sleeping Corpses Lie".Some gore would be also welcomed.A generous 6 out of 10.A missed opportunity.

yesterday i saw a terrific picture. it reminds me of the exorcist and the omen. i think that lydia bosch is one of the best spanish actress of all times. she was the host of a very popular tv show called "el gran juego de la oca" but she is a great actress. the movie is very scary. a little classic.my score is 9.5/10
