While helping out his friends Robin becomes an enemy of John Prince Jr. (Joshua Jackson), the big shot rich kid at school and his friends Warner and Gibson who are also the sons of rich parents. Robin of Locksley Audience Reviews

VividSimon Simply Perfect
ThedevilChoose When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.
InformationRap This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
Hayden Kane There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes
Amy Adler Robin (Devon Sawa) is a middle schooler who has just moved to the Seattle area with his folks. Originally from Kansas, Robin's parents won big money in the lottery and decided to change their lives. Initially, Robin is not happy to leave his friends and get enrolled in a snooty private academy. Naturally, he is picked on but makes friends with other outcasts like Little John and Marion (Sarah Chalke). Also, Robin excels in archery but is not allowed to join the school's exclusive arrow club. He promptly starts his own. Even more amazing, as a computer whiz, Robin starts to siphon off money from the school's biggest board member, to aid a fellow student whose home burned down. Yet, soon the school is hunting vigorously for the culprit. Will they be able to track down Robin and nail him? Can Robin win the school's archery tournament and the heart of Maid Marion? This modern day twist on an old, old story is quite fun and creative. Sawa makes a great teen hero while Chalke and all of the other cast members are a joy. The lovely scenery and fine costumes, dialogue and direction add up to hearty entertainment. Any child who views it will be tickled and, most likely, will search out the legends of the real Robin Hood of Locksley.
pypsqweek This movie is an excellent movie. I am rarely a fan of robin movies but this was an impressive movie set in an atmosphere of old money and new money where a kid(Devon Sawa)whose family won the lottery must endure the constant criticism of children who come from old money. Robin fights these kids not in battle but in a competition fought at the end of his arrow. This has got to be one of the best teen movies of my past and one of Devon and Josh's greatest works. If you love the movies like Mighty Ducks, D2 and many other movies that puts a smile on your face when you think about your teen days, then this is definitely a movie you would love to see.
Natalie Fytros It was 3 years ago when my parents and my brother wanted to visit our village, and because of having a lesson I had to stay with my grandma in Athens.Having absolutely nothing to do,I turned on the TV.I came across a film who was about to start and I decided to watch it.I didn't manage to see the opening titles from the beginning,so I didn't know what I was watching. It was, otherwise,an amazing film.It contained everything:friendship, excitement, love story...I just loved it!When I opened a TV-guide to inform myself about the movie,I found out that in the time that it was broadcasting,a soap opera was to be broadcasted,so I got confused, because I really enjoyed the film,it changed my life and my relationship with my friends,as you see.I searched in 10 different TV-guides and only one of them mentioned that a film named "Robin of Locksley"was to be broadcasted.I cut this page but I lost it, and after that I searched many times in order to find more information(I knew only the title!),but only after 3 whole years I managed to find information here!I hope to find it on the Videostore so as to watch it again!!!!!!!!!I really recommend this film!
jodest3 I've seen just about all of his movies, and this is in my top 3 favorites. His acting in this movie is excellant. Not only is he excellant, but also the plot. The mood, the scene, the characters, everything is just perfect. When you watch the movie you forget about everything else in your life and feel like you're actually in this Robin tale. To anyone who has not seen it, and even if you're not a fan of Devon Sawa, Joshua Jackson or any of the other actors, I still advise you to watch it!
