How sad is this?

A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
Quiet Muffin
This movie tries so hard to be funny, yet it falls flat every time. Just another example of recycled ideas repackaged with women in an attempt to appeal to a certain audience.
Scarlet
The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

Anyone who gives a bad review to this movie is clearly an idiot. dont let an idiot decide what you watch. Watch it yourself then decide FOR YOURSELF.

I have watched this film a few times and was impressed by Keach's solid performance as Claude Sams. The film is based on the true story of Claude's son Paul having been killed by a renegade trucker while changing a tyre on the highway. I found it pulled at my heartstrings in a compelling way. The part of the film where Claude extracts his revenge on the highway is entertaining but might be a little contrived. This film has had some bad reviews so I wanted to balance it with a positive one. The film largely belongs to Stacy Keach, the supporting actors' performances are of varying quality but on the whole I find it an entertaining and riveting film.

Saw this one tonight. Marriage ends in grief and anger when groom dies early in the movie. Movie becomes a chase for a hitandrun driver with several minutes of freeway footage. Solid performances by Keach and Brown in the first 20 minutes I find. Cast throughout the movie performs well so "well done" to the casting directors. This unfortunately is offset by some sloppy camera-work (erratic, back and forth, and too many extreme closeups). The script and idea isn't groundbreaking either.Good acting, story none too engaging. I never really felt the fathers grief, and that took away from the overall feel. "Death wish Light" comes to mind.

Stacey Keach once again takes the driver's seat of a Semi in this lame TV movie that lacks any real thrills or chills. Unlike Keach's other Semi flick "Road Games, which boasted great suspense and style, this looks and plays like your typical TV movie of the week. Add in the old overused plot of the son being run down by the baddie and the dad seeking revenge and you got a real yawner on your hands. Keach does a great acting job as always but Craig Baxley's direction is as stiff as a board (even the final truck chase is boring). And Sandahl Bergman has really lost it since "Conan", she looks absolutely terrible here! Besides Keach, the only plus side is John Leonetti's excellent cinematography which just looks fabulous. But overall, this film is a real bummer.
