Comwayon
A Disappointing Continuation
Glucedee
It's hard to see any effort in the film. There's no comedy to speak of, no real drama and, worst of all.

If the ambition is to provide two hours of instantly forgettable, popcorn-munching escapism, it succeeds.

The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.

This will not be a helpful review, but I felt like it was necessary to write something! I remember watching this movie on HBO over and over when it came to cable. As you might be able to tell from the cast list, there are basically a handful of young kids that runaway from home. (I don't remember if they knew each other before running away.) They find an old house in which they build a fort, a place to take care of each other and pool their resources.I remember thinking the movie was romanticizing runaways. At eight years old, if it weren't for the fact that I actually liked my parents, I would have run away right away. Between _Annie_ and _Never Never Land_, though, it was tough.Sorry I don't remember more. Maybe I've inspired someone to write a real review/summary.
