shaun7424 I was thoroughly impressed what this particular cast was able to pull off on this particular movie on the limited budget they were awarded. David Henry Keller is a criminal mastermind and his vulgarity is especially appreciated from " The don has too much at stake to break the status quo , we gotta stop this !@#$ing around ! " or " That !@#$$@ %$#@! " he in on point the whole time !!!! . Now to Johnny Stumper very underrated actor he portrays a public relations god if you will nobody is better than him in this business. He has one major downfall in this movie though and that is when the wicked John Falcone ( David Henry Keller ) gets his nose open on some Columbian White Flake , pure as the driven snow as one of Falcone's thugs puts it. Stumper goes through hell in this movie as Keller kidnaps his wife and basically tries to ruin his life for trying to quit the task of changing his public image. Now on to the final part I wanna review is the two from Caracus Venezuela . These two monkeys make the whole movie worthwhile from the scene in Columbia where they survive a ambush from Blondie and crew ordered by Falcone , to the party/crack smoking scene in the basement where the one idiot says to the girl " Hey baby I like your style " to the other idiot sitting there repeating okay okay , ya , okay okay then he gets the other retarded Spaniard to dance over to him to take his hit of the crack pipe then he proceeds to shake his head so fast you will never see anything like it !. anyways enjoy the movie guys ignore the haters Mob War is a GOOD MOVIE !!!!! I don't got any chow but I got some champagne - Johnny Stumper

pocomarc Excellent casting is the strong point of this movie.The mob figures were believable.Especially good was the main bodyguard of the Jake LaMotta character.The patter of the mob people also rang true.And the choice of locations was believable.For example, the crummy furniture district where the head man's "office" was located.For those here who complain about the number of shots the pr man turned mob fighter missed, remember all the cocaine he took in the course of the movie. That doesn't help your aim.The movie was filled with totally believable patter from the crime characters.

ein_grosses_pils the constant and miserable soundtrack rounds out this tortuous flick. It gets a 2, not a 1, solely because of the Jake La Motta cameo (which is why I paid the two bucks)... and it just isn't even bad in any interesting way. It's just a bunch of idiots with a 16-mil camera and apparently some semblance of a "budget".The plot seems to involve an upstart drug-lord/New York mafia dude/pasty white business man (David Henry Keller) who's looking to take over the crack cocaine market, and starts taking out his competitors. At the same time he decides the media is paying too much attention to his illicit goings-on, and hires a flack with bad facial hair (Johnny Stumper) to clean up his image. La Motta is the flick's only redeeming trait as the disapproving "Godfather" of New York.

finkymalinky I purchased the DVD of Mob War on Ebay for $2, so I thought I'd give it a whirl. If anyone else is going to watch this movie, know that the acting that you will see is soap opera quality. Other than poor acting across the board, this movie's story line is not that bad. Its more about a image consultant's work for a high profile mobster than anything else. I'd recommend watching the movie if you buy it cheap. I give it a 5 out of 10.
