AniInterview Sorry, this movie sucks
Fluentiama Perfect cast and a good story
Noutions Good movie, but best of all time? Hardly . . .
Fairaher The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.
fayejohn-24577 If you're looking for a Bigfoot movie that shows lots of Bigfoot--this one isn't for you. It's more of a spiritual, or metaphorical if you will, use of the concept of a Sasquatch. While I wouldn't say that it doesn't work on any level I definitely would not recommend it if you like traditional Bigfoot adventure or action type flicks. The acting was great, however, and the cast was well chosen. The score was painful, having the same tune played over and over again on a violin. Just my 2 cents.
belindasmile I was very intrigued and entertained by the good script, good acting and the story of the Sasquatch encounter by the characters. Great job.
abenedict86 This is honestly one of the best movies involving Sasquatch that I have ever had the pleasure of watching. The acting is great (the director made an excellent choice casting Lily Rabe for the lead), the locations being filmed are beautiful and the Sasquatch is a breath of fresh air. It is about time that they portray this creature as something other than a blurry shadow or blood covered angry monster stalking campers out in the woods. Seriously, the special (practical) effects on this costume are amazing. In some shots, it almost feels like they actually filmed the real thing instead of an actor in a suit. You sit there thinking, "I wouldn't doubt that this is what it would really look like if I stumbled upon one of these creatures." I really hope that more people have the opportunity to see this fantastic piece of work and spread the word to other movie lovers after they are done watching. This is a very relaxing and calming movie that will stick with you long after you view it and may even change your mind about whether you believe in Sasquatch or not.
gnshpdude A little slow for first 25 minutes but a very deep movie. Man is just one of Gods creature and should strive to live in harmony with nature. Made me appreciate how unimportant material things are compared to relationships and understanding. The Big man was shown as a being at peace with his surroundings. I got the sense that he was more then intelligent enough to understand that all he needs is in the forest. While the Humans in the Movie are all wanting of something, but searching all the wrong places for it. The Cinematography was exceptional as was the movie score. The acting was good and dialog was just enough to keep the story moving. It was nice to see a movie that was a work of love and not depend on special effects. I am not sure how this would have played to a large release, but is definitely a great movie to watch with a glass of wine in front of a fire on a cold winter day.
