Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!

The performances transcend the film's tropes, grounding it in characters that feel more complete than this subgenre often produces.
Ariella Broughton
It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.
Logan
By the time the dramatic fireworks start popping off, each one feels earned.

The spoiler is that you wait for something to happen through out the film and nothing does. Everything from story to cinematography was severely lacking. Kevin is the only thing that made me stay in my seat to the end. Starting with the video, it was grainy, lots of hand held amateur looking shots that added no effect to the scene but rather distracts the audience. The scenes ran on way, way, way too long. The direction was non-existent leading to unnatural acting. It doesn't even look like some scenes were lit at all producing lighting effects that equivalent to home video footage of family vacations. I never felt for any of the characters because the plot lack depth. If your not going to make a compelling story at least make the film look cool. Its an action/horror indie film shot for no money. You don't need the story to be A material but show the audience something compelling visually at least. This film had the advantage of being hyped up at the Garden State film festival because Kevin was the Rising Star attraction and also the plot of the story involved the New Jersey Devil which we never really see.

...and as you can expect I saw a handful of clunkers, but also a couple of pretty decent flicks. A few short films stand out to me, but the one feature film that stood out was Leed's Point.Watching the flick you can tell the budget was pretty limited, but they worked well with what they had. I thought the movie was directed well, and the dialogue wasn't too bad for a small budget independent Jersey Devil horror movie. The lead actor(Chase) did a good job playing a tortured detective whose job became very personal when his son went missing along with a bunch of other children. One scene especially stands out in the last few minutes(you will know it when it comes).Overall, a decent small budget flick which was well written, directed, and casted. I would highly suggest if you like to grace the independent film circuits.
