It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.

Killa Season is an okay movie if you look at it as not a real movie. Think of it as a movie Cam and Hell Rell came up with after a long night on the road. 'Hey man we should make a movie' 'yeah we can do all kinds of ****'. Then one day they got the crew together, brought a handycam and gave 20 dollar to a bunch of people in Harlem to be in the movie. The story is rock solid, a ghetto youth is dragged intro drug dealing, crooked cops, mafioso's, cars and strippers. However everything else is missing, no direction, no acting, no sets, no cinematography, probably not even a script. But for some reason it works. It's watchable.Keep your eyes peeled for the horse meat with plastic over it, the chocolate sundays with heroin in them, and the baaaaddd acting. And remember, it was made in a weekend.

Pissing on someone over a dice game. Putting a snitch in trunk with rats. Funeral speech that will put you to tears. Fat dude talking about doggy style sex with an elderly woman at said funeral. Spitting on small girl outside of Papa John's. Gratuitous body mutilation scene. The Cam'ron Scholarship Fund For Crackheads. Two Latinas pooping out cocaine for 5 minutes. Two Latinas washing the cocaine they just pooped out for three minutes. Murder over spot in line at corner store. Corn throwing. Necessary 5 minute scene at strip club in Atlanta. Selling drugs to teachers and security guards. And finally... Cam'ron's ass crack. No homo.Easily the most entertaining film of 2006. Just watch it and don't really think about what's going on. It's way better like that.

"Killa Season" is a film all about Cam'ron. It has nothing to do with characters , plot or even his album (which the movie is titled after) , instead it is about Cam'ron. Cam'ron is as interesting as a Mutant Ninja Turtle. The ironic part is that a Mutant Ninja Turtle would probably act better than he does in this movie. Cam'ron I guess is supposed to be playing himself , but he's not very good or convincing as himself which is sort of sad. Look at Eminem for example who played a character in "8 Mile" who was based on himself and he was terrific. Also,It's embarrassing when Cam'ron tries to show off his dramatic skills and even more embarrassing when he talks. "Killa Season" is pure garbage.

This movie is by no means good, but I can't lie and say I didn't stay entertained the entire time. Killa Cam'ron directs, writes, and stars in this movie and bring along dip set heavyweights Juelz Santana and Hell Rell. Cam seams to be trying to follow in the footsteps of 50 Cent's 'Get Rich or Die Trying' film. The movie follows Cam's life as he becomes heavily involved in the drug world. Other than that there is no actual plot. The movie looks incredibly low budget and some may find it hard to watch, but if you can look past the shoddy production and 'acting', you'll stay amused. It also boasts songs from Killa's new album, also titled 'Killa Season'.I gave it a 10 squarely on entertainment value. Don't expect Scarface.
