I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.

This is a must-see and one of the best documentaries - and films - of this year.

Than watch the acting in this movie again. Movies like this should never hit the shelf and burned. I think that if nick carter is going to be in movies, maybe he should be an extra so he can sit back and take notes. He is retarded thinking he's ghetto or even an ounce of ghetto. He dresses like that in real life so you would think he would be a little more natural at it. I would never watch a movie with nick carter in it again. I didn't even watch the whole thing someone was watching it and had to beg them to turn it off. I hope he reads these review so hopefully he can see how ridiculous he looks and how horrible his acting is. There is not even an ounce of talent. Probably wouldn't be that bad of a movie if he wasn't in it.

**SPOILERS**I remember watching the trailer and thinking, this seems legit! After watching the movie, the trailer was made to trick people into thinking those exact thoughts. While I still liked the concept, the best parts were involving the plane flying scenes, where there was little to no dialogue. I don't mind Andrew Keegan, he did a decent job, but some of his lines just made me cringe. The script was so poorly written and the editing job was horrible. There would be extended seconds added onto scenes that should have been cut that weren't, making the extension awkward. I also wondered if Nick Carter is that horrible of an actor or did the role call for him to be an over the top douche bag? His character was annoying and just made me think, honestly, who would hang out with this guy? I really couldn't decide what was worst, the acting or the screenplay. Some of the one-liners were just awful and the acting of the supporting cast was bad at best. I will admit though that the main drug cartel guy did a good job. I sadly was routing for him to shoot down the planes of the "good" guys. So all in all, I would not recommend this movie to anyone, except people who find planes and drug running fascinating. Once again, the concept was awesome, but the delivery of the movie fell short of the expectations the trailer teased!

This was an enjoyable film for pilots as the action was quite real and some of the technical aspects of flying were accurate. For example, in the beginning there was a scene where the aircraft needed a hot start and the main character had to wait it out on the runway to get the plane restarted. On the other hand, flying through downtown LA was clearly dumb. At times the humor was cheesy, but overall it was fun to watch with the great flying sequences. The main characters were likable and real. The outcome at the end was far-fetched considering the scale of the crimes, but I don't think that was the aim of the movie.

I was fortunate to see this film at last year's AFM market in LA and I found this film to be very enjoyable. The flying scenes are the best I've seen since Top Gun as I've heard from producers that all of actors did their scenes while actually flying in the planes, something apparently never done before in any film. This film could be release in an IMAX theater the flying scenes are that good. The acting is solid, plot is well developed, you will be surprised by some of the cameos, and there are some funny scenes in this film.I highly recommend it as fun action adventure film and I would love to know where I can get a Blue Ray DVD!
