I cannot think of one single thing that I would change about this film. The acting is incomparable, the directing deft, and the writing poignantly brilliant.
Janae Milner
Easily the biggest piece of Right wing non sense propaganda I ever saw.

True to its essence, the characters remain on the same line and manage to entertain the viewer, each highlighting their own distinctive qualities or touches.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

If you're a fan of an idiot abroad and/or the Ricky Gervais show you're bound to enjoy this little documentary that follows Karl as he tries to figure out if he could be happier if he were smart. Even though it is not quite as funny as the previously mentioned shows, any opportunity to get inside of his head is one I jump at. Those who are unfamiliar with him may just be a bit confused about what the point of this film is.The last portion of the film, where he visits Will Self is perhaps the most entertaining, in a strange way he sort of beats Self at his own game and makes this self-proclaimed genius come off like a twit. That being said, it was good of Will Self to allow himself to be in this documentary since he not only came off looking frustrated, but also like a bit of a jerk.
