insomniac_rod Geez, and I thought these kind of pointless movies weren't produced anymore but American Cinema always proves me wrong...Please keep in mind that before watching it, you will lose precious time. You will be angered and bored most of the time. The plot is everything but interesting, it deals with the typical "whodunit" situation but it tries to be interesting and have some mystery. The result is mediocre and dull.The absence of gore is terrible and the fact that you put plenty of good looking teens won't save the day.Please stay away from this trash. I'm glad I watched it for free on Cinemax. It has the feeling of DTV but it's even worse...Take my advice and avoid it.

dennyd-1 People, please save your time and not watch this. There is nothing in this movie that would qualify it as entertaining. There's so much jumping around that it is far too hard to understand. The first 10-15 minutes alone makes you say "huh? what the hell is going on?" Nothing to grab you and make you want to watch this excuse for a camper-slasher flick. I'd rather watch the top 5 movies on IMDb's Worst Movie list than have to watch this again. The characters are paper-thin and unmemorable; there is nothing that distinguishes one character from another, just a bunch of 20-somethings doing drugs, drinking and complaining. I just can't get over how much this movie jumps around - you can't make heads or tails out of it. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time; it's 90 mins of my life I'll never get back.

kantharii I love thrillers, horrors, and anything with a good twist to it. June Cabin is a "Thriller" with no thrill what-so-ever! I kept expecting something to happen, something with a great scare, or with a great secret. But the whole time, I just kept having this image of a gun pointed to my head and it had fired a million bullets. All it did was leave me with nothing but a headache. The background noises are louder than the actors. Actors seem uninterested in acting, most of them were lost and a lot of words were mumbled. It came to a point where I just got up and walked around and came back to the movie to see if anything got interesting. You almost feel like you were just dreaming; pointless dialogs, scattered images and a very very boring plot. If I could rename the title, it would be Boring Cabin. I mean if I wanted to see how I would spend a weekend with friends and have it go horribly wrong, I would just spend the darn weekend with them. There was no suspense and no excitement.This goes to the very bottom of my list, and I have watched a lot of thrillers. "Dead Mans Shoes" beat this movie by a whole lot more, and thats the most horrible movie I have come across in the past couple of months.An Hour and a half of my life that I will never get back! I have seen a lot of horrible movies, but at least my friends and I could have a blast making comments about how much more horrible it can get. This movie puts all of us to a complete silence.I would not recommend this movie for anything!!

tunderwood69 This movie is a mess. I honestly didn't have a clue what the hell was going on. It made no sense what-so-ever. The movie was VERY boring and everything came to a close the last 10 minutes of the movie. The story was very weak and lacked substance. The only positive about the movie is that the scenery was beautiful. This could have been a really good slasher film had the filmmakers knew what they were doing. The character "Archie" seems to be the one talking through-out the movie, yet you find out he is killed. So how the hell is is the one "telling the story?! We get several scenes of nudity and sex, I guess to make up for the lack of everything else but even that doesn't save this movie. Notice to the film makers of June Cabin....when you make a horror film, there needs to be a decent story, along with good and believable characters. Gory deaths are expected and nudity is a plus, but not necessarily needed. You guys dropped the ball on it all. What were you thinking? Bottom line....I'vie seen scarier episodes of Goosebumps. This one was lame.
