I don't have all the words right now but this film is a work of art.

This story has more twists and turns than a second-rate soap opera.

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

Mammootty has once again disappointed after Thappana. You cannot imagine how much I despised the screenplay of this gimmick with people participating who have great skills.Mammootty, Srinivasan, Mamatha all are so skillful, yet JOV makes them look like sissies. Baburaj tries to become both a villain and a comedian which he utterly fails in. The plot looks like it is a mystery but so many unanswered questions and poor plot points make the movie draggy and totally unenterprising. The songs are torturous and totally asynchronous with the plot which is even more depressing. Just taking up a cooked up cause and making a movie out of it won;t work anymore, film-makers. Try something new!Jawan Of Vellimala is a very bad joke and is not recommended at all. Even if you are a Mammookka fan, JOV should be skipped not only because it is too lame, but also because you want to keep loving him for his Kammath & Kammath!WATCH OUT FOR: Nothing! Can be watched with atypical Indian family? YESLanguage: No | Sex: No | Violence: Very Mild | Smoking: Mild | Alcohol: Very Strong

totally i have to say that it is disappointing.and the main reason behind that disappointment is due to much hype of the movie before the release. i went to watch this movie and after the movie every one was angry.but it is not that much bad.if it was released as ordinary movie,it will be success.mammooty's acting as jawan is outstanding. i think that all the others are horrible.the plot is not a good one, james albert disappoint{not as good as compared to classmates and other movies. babu raj as villain is also entertaining. overall it is average movie which could have been big success

Engaging cinema is hard to come by these days. Films either fail to captivate the viewer's interest or they have the viewer completely engrossed at one point, only to follow with a disappointing collapse of events. So I was pleasantly surprised to have seen a film that managed to capture my interest and hold onto it.Although all the actors have given good performances, the show still belongs to Mammootty. Without getting into any spoilers, he plays a difficult character with effortless ease. I did wish that he had more screen time though. The story is interesting and although things get a little slow post interval, the film delivers on the lines of being a thriller drama of sorts with the protagonist having to fight off both his inner and outer world demons. 'Jawaan of Vellimala' will have you leaving the theater with a sense of pride; thoroughly entertained, rooting for the hero, and praising the actor who played the hero. Like i said...'Grows on you'
