Nicole I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

Andy Lockett This movie, "Ice", as it tends to call itself is heart-breakingly cold. At first glance, it looks like a cheapest parody for "I, Tonya", at second - like a worst SNL episode, at third - like a fascist proaganda for absurdity sponsored by Columbia Pictures and Cinema Foundation of Russia both. Amazingly, it's all of that, but the movie. I thought about calling it an unreasonably long commercial, but it's not even close - it's just a bunch of poorly written episodes directed by a noname movie director who looks like a sentenced provincial Russian activist in an Oscar-nominated gay drama.It's hard to live in nowadays Russia where this is the only kino you can watch.

kirillij "I, Tonya (2017)" is much more convincing and without too much pathos.
