Good movie but grossly overrated

good back-story, and good acting

It’s an especially fun movie from a director and cast who are clearly having a good time allowing themselves to let loose.

While it is a pity that the story wasn't told with more visual finesse, this is trivial compared to our real-world problems. It takes a good movie to put that into perspective.

Being a Britney Spears fan, I couldn't turn down the opportunity to watch this documentary when I heard of it. This is one of the remaining indicators to people around the world that Britney Spears is still very famous and successful. She has clearly fully recovered from her 2007 meltdown and is preparing one of her biggest performances. This documentary mainly focuses on some off-stage interviews concerning Britney Spears personality, home life, as well as focusing on the production and preparation of the Piece of Me tour. It's very interesting to get more of an inside look of Britney's life and to watch exactly how concert tours are begun. I actually had no clue how concerts were really set up before I saw this documentary. Or how artists make each concert it's own unique experience. There was a lot more preparation than I really thought there was before I saw this documentary. My only complaint is that I think the documentary was slightly dragged out, and it felt towards the end like they were running out of ideas for the last 15 minutes of the documentary. It's very entertaining in the beginning to watch the relaxed side of Britney as she jokes around with colleagues and discusses ideas for the concert. Of course, if you've seen her interviews you know Britney Spears is a pretty light- hearted person and she still succeeds in making you laugh several times.Ultimately I think fellow Britney Spears fans will enjoy this documentary. If your not a Britney fan you should understand that this documentary is meant for a certain audience and it might be best not to watch.
