Hello Carter Audience Reviews

Exoticalot People are voting emotionally.
Mandeep Tyson The acting in this movie is really good.
Deanna There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.
Dana An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.
Sally Anderson Really enjoyed this film.. Captured the loneliness living in London can bring and also the loveliness of it. Had generous doses of humour and I found my self laughing out loud at parts. Really warmed to the characters, very well acted by Jodie Whittaker and Paul Schneider and the supporting cast- and the baby was adorable!Great soundtrack and cool film work combined with good performances makes Hello Carter a charmingly enjoyable film to watch. Would definitely recommend to others.I look forward to seeing more work from Anthony Wilcox.
Ben S I thought it was good.It included some generous doses of humour, charm and insight. The characters were interesting and Paul Schneider and Jodie Whittaker were excellent, as always. The baby was the star though!Well directed and beautifully shot. Some great scenes of London, too. Carter's battle to survive in the big city is one with which many of us can relate. All in all, I enjoyed it and felt that there was lots of potential on display here.
luke-2-415987 Really really liked Hello Carter and well done to Anthony Wilcox.Charming, subtle and funny. I really enjoyed it. Life in London can definitely be lonely & random at times and the film captures that.I loved the intricacies of the characters and I giggled or laughed throughout the film. The music used and some of the shots of the city were brilliant as well. It's a gentle film by nature and that is part of its charm for me. I could sit back relax and really enjoy the plot, with its various twists and turns. It was fun and well done!!
Natasha Saifolahi Terrible.. lacking charm and humor.I can not quite believe HELLO CARTER made it to London Film Festival 2013 - The description in the festival book was cleverly written, it sold it to me, completely. The plot follows: Carter, recently made redundant & homeless, well spoken boy is sofa hopping. The film then goes on this bizarre wild goose chase across London attempting to find his ex-girlfriend. Sadly: The characters are not interesting or likable, the main protagonist: We never really care about. The jokes are dead-pan and embarrassing. The film loses focus on the plot - It's an amateur effort - A complete waste of my time, couldn't wait for it to be over.
