I'll tell you why so serious

Entertaining from beginning to end, it maintains the spirit of the franchise while establishing it's own seal with a fun cast
Keeley Coleman
The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
Raymond Sierra
The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

Maybe I watched a different movie than all the others cause this was total garbage!! Really poor acting, the story was ridiculus and all the reactions too. I can't believe I spent 80 minutes for this movie. What a waste of time!!

FLYTRAP is a cheap little indie thriller with some sci-fi and some comedy aspects. Most of it plays out on just a couple of sets. It's about an Englishman in Los Angeles who finds himself kidnapped by some oddball characters with mysterious intentions. Like most indies, it's dialogue-heavy, but Jeremy Crutchley seems is quite charming as the lead and his presence makes this a bit better than most similar indies.

I was bizarrely interested in continuing to watch this crazy sci-fi thriller. Jeremy Crutchley certainly carried the film while Ina-Alice Kopp played his stoic captor nicely. Stephen David Brooks truly showed how to make an indie film; keeping the cast small and locations minimal. He left the rest to the indie look cinematography and SFX. Score was nice too. Enjoyed.

I always like to mention in my reviews that I am a fan of independent films, of which this is.If you need big Hollywood budgets and well known actors and actresses in order to enjoy a movie, this may not be for you. But for those of you who are interested in something different, this is worth giving a chance.This movie is of a sci-fi thriller nature. It also has black comedy elements. It's told in non-linear fashion, which is always a plus for me. I hate formula.It's paced nicely. Moves along well and is a good bit of film making!
