best movie i've ever seen.

Funny, strange, confrontational and subversive, this is one of the most interesting experiences you'll have at the cinema this year.
FirstWitch
A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.

It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.

If you're thinking about watching this movie, stop thinking. You'd be doing better for yourself by punching yourself in the groin. It's a real stinker. Acting, directing, effects, camera work, historical accuracy, it's all bad. The worst part is they're all stuck in that plane and the movie is centered there. You get claustrophobia yourself in empathy. Passengers were jockeying in their seats to simulate movement of the plane and their motions looked so fake it was ludicrous. They did that simulation better in 1966 on Star Trek. It's supposed to be 1940 and two ME-262 German Aircraft attack. Run on kerosene and packing two jet engines, this aircraft could keep up with a jet airliner. It could only stay in the air a few minutes, but was the fastest plane around and packed a wallop from two 20MM cannons. The only problem is that this aircraft was not in action until late in the war.

OK so this film is a bit low budget and cheesy but the lead actor was great. The premise - that a flight goes through a storm and ends up back during the WW II era I found fascinating. The fact that history was used as part of the plot got my attention and when you think about it, using WW II aircraft as part of the plot was genius.Faran Tahir holds this film together as the totally believable pilot. I'd love to see him in more films. He can play campy or serious. It's really hard for me to even sit through movies sometimes but this one kept me hooked, as corny and low budget and campy as it was.

Actually quite good movie but "Based on True Events" in 1940? that the thing bothers me more than anything else in the entire movie is. After Flight 42 travels through a storm they find themselves in France, 1940, during World war II. This is maybe one of the worst films I've ever seen when it comes to reality.Messerschmit Me 262 "Swallow" in 1940? grin emoticon Invasion in full swing in 1940 according to 2 historians on board? grin emoticon How long can last normal airliner in combat with 30mm cannons of Me 262? grin emoticon I really enjoyed this sci-fi wink emoticon I don't know why.. The Flight 42 Pilot really remind me to MH370 pilot Cpt Zaharie Ahmad Shah, Great Pilot Attitude. Give this man a Medal.

This was a great Sunday Afternoon movie which is exactly When I viewed it. This review is for the arm chair writers and directors that couldn't write their 5th grade essay on what i did on my summer vacation . So what some of the facts were off. No one's life was in danger. It's all make believe for entertainmentWhy do we find so much fault. I didn't understand the last part when the old man showed the pilot his journal on the events I agree it could have been better ,,,,But BEN HUR could have been better also . I think the Actors in this film were well cast and the FX WAS good for a (B) grade film .
