Arianna Moses Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

chimera3 The adrenaline rush never stops. The razor-sharp humor and nonstop action are back...and then some. As usual, Chev has to race against time or risk dying, but it isn't because of the poison we saw last time; it's because the villains took his heart and replaced it with an artificial one that has a less-than-reliable battery pack. The trademark "Mission Impossible" type formula is back with a vengeance: fight some villains, consult the doctor, spend time with girlfriend...in no particular order.Once again, there is the usual motley crew of characters who are alongside Chev: gangsters, exotic dancers, adult film stars, the works.The action scenes are definitely ones for the books. Take what you saw in the first "Crank" and then amp it up by, say, twenty. The subtitle is absolutely perfect because that's the pace for which the movie goes: high voltage. Let's face it: the man has nine lives and can't be put down so easily...but don't tell the villains that.Like the one before it, this is another feel-good movie that will boost your spirits if you had a bad day and you feel like hitting something.

patomartinezfgo I had so much fun with this movie. This movie is the perfect popcorn flick. Its so much fun to watch with friends while getting drunk.Obviously this movie is terrible, but it knows that, and it embraces it. It throws everything to the wall and makes you laugh so hard. The performances and story are super over the top and it goes hand in hand with the cinematography and editing.I must say that the editing is so over the top that it makes you feel the same way as the character, so f*cking excited.It is definitely not everybody's cup of tea. Your enjoyment of the film will depend on how far the stick is up you a*s. If you don't mind stupid action movies then you are probably going to enjoy it. But if you only enjoy movies with great characters and well written scripts... you are not enjoying this.Don't get me wrong, I have the stick pretty deep up my a*s, but I know that the fact that this movie is sh*tty is what makes it so good.

Tweekums After falling a mile from a helicopter at the end of 'Crank' it looked as if Chev Chelios was finally dead but as this sequel opens we see a group of Chinese gangsters scraping him off the road and taking him away. It turns out he is not dead… yet. The Triads want his superior organs for illegal transplants. They take his heart and give him a battery powered replacement. When he wakes up three months later he decides to get his own heart back. The battery back for his new heart is quickly broken so he must keep finding ways to charge the heart's internal 'one hour' battery. He must also confront a wide variety threats; these include Chinese gangsters, Mexican gangsters and the police. He also bumps into his old girlfriend, Eve, and Venus, the brother of his late friend Kaylo. While Chelios is searching for his heart gangsters are searching for him to get their revenge for what he did in the first film.If you didn't enjoy the first film you will hate this as it is basically the same but even more exaggerated; there is lots of gratuitous violence, lots of gratuitous swearing, a fair amount of gratuitous nudity and a gratuitous sex scene on a race track which takes place during a horse race in front of hundreds of spectators… that is a lot of gratuitous goings on but if you aren't offended it is pretty funny. Jason Statham is great as Chelios; he might not be a great actor but when it comes to this sort of role there aren't many people as good as him. Amy Smart is pretty solid as Eve and Bai Ling is funny as Ria, a prostitute Chelios saves leading to her following him from then on. The rest of the cast are fairly forgettable but good enough. The action is exciting in an over the top way and there were plenty of laugh out loud moments… more than some comedies. The ways he finds to recharge his battery are imaginative and often pretty funny. Overall I'd say that this isn't for the easily offended but if you are looking for over-the-top action with plenty of laughs you could do much worse.

yashrajs536 I liked it!!! It was good and as funny as the first one was and again our hero is fighting for his Survival but this time his heart is stolen?!!!! OMG!!! The film has again got its original directors "Neveldine/Taylor" and they had proved themselves again!!!The Comedy was good, the action was good, acting was good and overall it was a fun movie.Statham reprises his "Chev Chelios" role very well and Amy Smart again Suits fully as a Co-star to Statham.The other supporting cast was also good."The film follows the story after Chev was fallen from the helicopter to the road and strange things happen to him again after his heart was stolen and is replaced by Battery now he must save him by getting his heart back."The story went on to a next level in this one and I liked it and recently Statham confirmed the "sequel is in progress" definitely watch this one also.
