It gave the HIV virus but it's ok I already have it. Other that that, good movie. The Sex scenes were neat. Cool Cat eating children screaming for mercy was cool. The Satanic rituals were boss.

I came across this movie while seeing critics of it such as the videos from YourMovieSucks or I Hate Everything and thought this could be quite enjoyable on a "So bad that it's good" way. But boy, was I wrong. The human hybrid cat called "Cool Cat" is a heroic cat teaching children how to deal with bullies and vandalism, what to do if you find a gun and... how to get to Hollywood I guess? The acting is probably one of the worst I've ever seen. "Butch", played by Connor Dean, is a mean bully, doing everything to hurt Cool Cat and his friends. He plays his role like a ludicrous super villain but with no real intentions whatsoever. He's just evil for the sake of being evil. That's all. That's his entire character. Cool Cats friend "Maria", played by Jessica R. Salazar, is always happy and totally naive. In her dialogue you can see that Savage has no idea how kids interact with each other, letting her use words like "groovy", which nobody on earth is saying anymore. Salazars job at portraying this character could've been worse, but it's still awful. "Daddy Derek", played by Derek Savage himself, is probably the character that scared me the most. He's married to a humanoid cat lady thing, speaks in an extremely weird manner and his mimic is the creepiest sh*t I've ever seen. Especially while playing this god awful song. With lines such as "Sure you will, you fine looking kitty cat you!" directed at Cool Cats Mom and actually every other interaction with her are very uncomfortable to watch. It always sends a shiver down my spine. Now we come to the main character, Cool Cat. Cool Cat is portrayed by "Cool Cat" (That's what the end credits say...) and the most annoying character in movie history ever... His voice is almost unbearable to listen to and he overacts all the goddamn time. Cool Cats character is narcissistic, self- righteous, self-obsessed and probably mentally challenged. Some gestures of him just make me scratch my head, for example when he wakes up after a nightmare he sits up and... masturbates? No, seriously. It looks like he is jerking off. He does it again when he's in the garden with Maria. For no reason. It's probably because the suit must be extremely hot or something, but this just didn't look right.The editing is embarrassing. In the scene where Cool Cat reaches for his pen and paper he accidentally drops a picture of himself (there are MANY pictures of himself in his room BTW) and doesn't pick it up again. In the next shot it is back up again... Just to provide an example. Another Scene would be the one where Cool Cat screams at some kids for +++SPOILER+++ painting on walls. In the background you can see a guy walking out of his house, seeing a man in a cat suit screaming at a couple of kids and slowly walking backwards again. As IHE said: "It could not be more perfect even if you tried." The massive use of comic sans doesn't help the movie either. It makes it look unprofessional and weird.At least it provided some laughs for me and the intentions of this movie were pure. The execution is very bad though. That's why I give it a 3/10. No more and no less. For me, it is hard to enjoy it even in an ironic way. With pot. And that should say something.
