Absolutely the worst movie.
Chantel Contreras
It is both painfully honest and laugh-out-loud funny at the same time.

The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.

I recently saw this at the 2009 Palm Springs International Film Festival. This is the debut film of writer/director Juraj Lehotsky of Slovakia who was in attendance at my screening for audience Q&A. Lehotsky co-wrote the screenplay with writer Marek Lescak and casts real blind people to play themselves in this blend between fiction and documentary basically writing a storyline to go along with the everyday lives of the four stories of the film's blind lovers. Peter is a music teacher, Marko is a Gypsy in love with Monika a partially-sighted non-Gypsy, Elena is a housewife about to become a mother and Zuzana is a pretty teenager who has found romance online. This is a very low budget but a charming film that is well-conceived and executed. You quickly develop feelings for these characters and it results in an enjoyable film experience. I would give this a 7.5 out of 10 and recommend it.
