dbdumonteil At the time ,Romy Schneider ,in the wake of Sissi ,was making schmaltzy stuff with few exceptions : one of them was precisely "Mädchen in Uniform" Radvanyi's remake of Leontine Sagan 's thirties movie about lesbianism.The next year,Radvanyi and his star teamed up again ,but for a light comedy.Hindsight displays its charm:Romy Schneider plays two parts ,an air hostess and a pilot's guardian angel;there's also handsome Henri Vidal who was to die the following year,Jean-Paul Belmondo ,on the verge of a very successful career,and Michelle Mercier the future Angélique Marquise des Anges.The action takes place on the cote d'azur and the landscapes are nicely filmed.Harmless entertaining stuff.
